Dai rolled her eyes at Sokka. "Judging from the weight of your little pillow chair, you'll be fine. Besides, I packed sandwiches." Sokka blinked, scratching his head.

"I'll die--what do you mean, I'll be fine?" he groaned. "I barely remember what I did last night, nor who the hell changed me."

She hopped on one foot for a stride or two, grabbing the flask from her boot. "For that hangover." She grinned mischievously. "One sip."

Sokka blinked. "How long have you had--never mind. No more alcohol or I'll throw up!" His eyes caught her grin, and he massaged his temples. "You're a little demon," he noted.

Dai raised her eyebrows. "Forgot who changed you, huh?"

Sokka blinked, his face turning red. "WHAT?!" He facepalmed. Dai giggled, nodding.

"Did you forget how many times you called me hot, too?" She smirked, tucking her flask into her armor. She glanced at him, eyes gleaming, as she walked into the stables. The horse and ostrich-horse were tied up, tacked already.

"Where's the lie, though?" Sokka muttered to himself, looking away for a second. Dai choked and coughed, her cheek turning pink, and she looked the opposite direction. He cleared his throat, glancing around the stables. "Please don't tell me I said anything embarrassing?" he asked, looking at her with a sigh.

Dai turned back, grinning. Sokka blinked, stopping in his tracks. "Well, you said you'd only bite me if I wanted you too, told me I'd make a good wife, and stood in front of me in only your boxers with your hands on your hips. Proud as could be." She grabbed Isa's reins, swinging into his saddle.

He sighed, crossing his arms. "Can--can we just pretend we never experienced that? The boxers and the biting part, too?"

Dai hummed, a finger on her chin. "Hmm... nope! I'll be nice and keep it between us, though," she chirped, her eyes gleaming.

Sokka groaned. "At least that," he agreed. He blinked. "Do I have to ride that?" he asked, pointing at the ostrich-horse that was tied in between the rows of stables.

She glanced at the other horse-bird, nodding. "Hop on," she said, eyebrows raised. She kicked Isa, still smirking back at him, and galloped away. "Try to keep up!" she yelled after herself.

Sokka glanced after her as she rode away. "Yo! What the fuck?" he called. He looked down at the ostrich-horse. "Umm... go!" The creature didn't budge. "Um, move! Gallop! Yip yip!" Sokka glared at the animal, which was still not moving. "Oh, come one! What the fuck?"

Dai came trotting in the side of the barn that they had entered. "Kurre, ha!" she yelled. Sokka's ostrich-horse snorted, then exploded forward in a gallop. Sokka's eyes widened, and he gripped the reins.

"WHAT THE FUCK!" he called out. He looked forward, suddenly getting pale and covering his mouth. "I'm going to be sick."

Dai laughed, kicking Isa and riding after him. "Is that better?" she called to him, grinning.

"Dai, what the shit? Do you want to kill me?!" he asked, annoyed.

Dai laughed, Isa passing his ostrich-horse. "Maybe if you get sick, you won't have as much alcohol in your system!" she laughed. She pulled Isa's reins to the side and suddenly stopped him. He skidded to a halt in front of Kurre. Kurre stopped, spraying dirt. Dai clicked her tongue, trotting Isa in a circle around Sokka, his blue eyes following her, before she came to a stop at his side. "Watch," she said quietly. "Squeeze your thighs and tap him with your heels. Click your tongue." She clicked her tongue twice again, giving Isa a gentle tap. He bounced forward into a slow trot.
