Four hours later, the music starts to slow down as the partygoers at Club Firestone start drifting to the rhythm of the final songs. Jobahan: "Riley?" Riley: "Yea, Joba?" Jobahan: "I wanted to give you this before the party, but ya know... hehe." Riley: "Jobahan, I... don't know what to say..." Jobahan: "Well..." Riley: "I'll consider it if you let me team up with you on the next big mission." Jobahan: "Riley..." Riley: "I may not be as trained as you. But I still got part of the spirit Vitaea in my soul." Jobahan: (sighs) "I know you do Ri-Ri. I do. But, the new mission our best friends lead us on is a bit nerve racking. I'd never forgive myself if you got hurt." Riley: "Jobahan, we're going to be fine. All of us will make it out alive. Okay?" Jobahan: "Our team of friends against two criminal organizations that are working together. Layla: "Because the fact that you thought about me and what I enjoy means so much. And to be honest, I came to this party so I could ask you out." His holo-phone rings and someone picks up the house phone on the receiving end. ......Phone call starts....... Jackson: "Hello?" Sherman: "Hi Dad." Jackson: "How was the party, buddy?" Sherman: "It was a really fun. Uhm... Aubrey is right here with me, too. Do you want to talk to her?" Jackson: "One second, your mom is coming in." Taciana: "Jacky? Who's on the phone?" Jackson: "Hold on. It's Sherman and Aubrey." Taciana: "Oh, let me talk to him." Jackson: "Sure." Taciana: "Hey Sherman. Is everyone alright over there? How was the party?" Kuon: "Oh my bad, Sir, Wolf." He says sarcastically. Sherman: (snarls) "Are you being sarcastic with me, dog boy?" Kuon: "Says who? You?" Sherman: "Yes! Because I am the leader of the Crisis Brood!" Kuon: "Why do you despise me?" Sherman: "Because you're not worthy of being hero! The only quality you've shown other furries; including my siblings is selfishness. I will never let you join this team!" Kuon: (sighs) "What can I do to prove myself to you and the team?" Sherman: "You need to prove that you're willing to sacrifice a few nights of freedom for the good creatures of this country. And you... don't have any spiritual abilities." Sherman snarls and growls aggressively at Kuon. Angel: "Shermie, please..." Sherman: "Little sister, get out the way. This sorry son of a mutt shouldn't even be here." Angel: "Sherman... big brother... can't you just give Kuon a chance?" Sherman: "I am the leader of this team! And you will do as I say!" Angel: (whimpers) "Kuon is not the same creature he was before. Please..." Sherman: "He cannot join unless I decide it." Aubrey: "Sherman!" Sherman: "Okay fine, unless me and Aubrey decide and agree unanimously." Aubrey: "And... I agree with your little sister. Give Kuon a chance to prove himself." Sherman: "And I say, not happening." Aubrey: "Sherm-Sherm. My love... you gave me a chance when we were younger. To become a hero of righteousness and honor. If you let me and the others have a chance, why can't he have one?" Sherman: "He bullied my brothers and sisters for two years before I stomped him and reported him twice to the principal's office." ......Flashback to two years ago....... Younger Angel: "Kuon, for the last time stop it!" Younger Kuon: "Oh boohoo, what are you gonna do? Call big brother for backup again?" Young Zakari: "Lay off of her, Kuon. She's my sister and no one pushes my family." Younger Kuon: "Fine, bring it on rabbit-dhole! You ain't so tough." Zakari punches Kuon in the chest, but Kuon counterattacks. However, just as he is about to strike Zakari, Kuon is knocked down by Sherman. Younger Sherman: "I've warned you before Cellaro, leave my siblings alone." Younger Kuon: "You think just because you're bigger, that you can beat me." Younger Sherman: "Actually, it does, fool." Sherman paralyzes him with a paralyzing nerve punch to Kuon's neck and drags him to the principal's office for bullying and harassment. ......Seven minutes later..... Principal Robinson: "Thank you, Sherman. I'll make sure Mr. Cellaro learns his lesson permanently." Younger Sherman: "Thank you, sir." Principal Robinson: "And as for you..." Younger Kuon: "What?" Principal Robinson: "This is your second strike, Cellaro. If I hear about you beating or picking on other students. Then you'll be expelled and transferred to another school." Kuon: "What?! I was only teaching them to stop acting like they're above everyone just because they have powers." Principal Robinson: "Unlike you and several other students get sent here, they actually are star pupils and do well in school. Whereas, you have fallen behind. This is your last chance to improve your behavior, Kuon. Now get out of my office and actually do some good for yourself and maybe even someone else who might need it. Think about that." The door shuts behind him. Kuon: (sighs) "Make a change. Teh." ......Flashback ends...... Sherman: "Do you understand? So no... Kuon Cellaro is not welcome in the Crisis Brood." Aubrey: "I understand. But you need find it in your soul to forgive him." Sherman: "No." Aubrey: "Well I forgive him. Even though you won't. But that also means no 'fun time' for you to tonight." Sherman: "Okay fine... I forgive him and I'll let him on the team. On one condition. He needs to stay away from Angel." Aubrey: "Okay, fair enough baby. Just don't do anything you might regret." Sherman: "Fine, I won't knock him out either. Happy?" Aubrey: "Yes, now shake paws with Kuon." Sherman: "Fine. Bygones." Kuon: "Bygones. And thank you. I swear that I won't let you all down." Sherman: "Hmm..." After the argument settles, everyone goes into their vehicles, starts up their engines and drive away from the club.
