Detective Work I: Demon On The Loose

Alicia: "Ugh! My head... what...? What just happened?"
Sherman: "Victoria used a demon's power to hypnotize us both. She made you run in circles for her own enjoyment and kissed me while under her trance of desire."
Alicia: "Geez... she's really lost it hasn't she? Are you going to unfreeze her or something?"
Sherman: "Are you you alright?"
Alicia: "Yeah, I am. Just bit sweaty now."
Sherman: "Good. We have to warn Aubrey and the others about this."
Alicia: "I'll go tell all of our other friends too."
The two run back inside the school and find their friends; alerting them of Victoria's misdeed. Shortly after, the entire group of friends come together.
Ruth: "My sister did what?!"
Sherman: "Yeah, she unleashed Desirée, the demon of desire and mischief."
Ruth: "Ugh! I told her not to buy the Tone of Dark Arts."
Jackson Junior: "She bought what?"
Sherman: "It's a book that can summon every dark entity from the Dimension of the Damned."
Ruth: "Yeah... and she's been using it to cause problems all over school and to get what she wants most."
Aubrey: "My gosh... her jealousy. What should we do?"
Sherman: "We have to imprison Desirée back into the Dimension of the Damned. But how?"
Zelene listens to the conversation with a face of shock and catches a familiar scent.
In Zelene's Mind: "He smells a bit like Aubrey... oh gosh... he and her... they... I thought he was warming up to me. I guess not."
Zelene sniffles, breathes, and suppresses her slight sadness for the sake of the current situation.
Sherman: "Are you okay, Zelene? You look a little blue?"
Zelene: "Oh no, I'm fine, Sherman. It's just this whole demon thing is bringing back some bad memories."
Sherman: "I'm sorry Zelene, but we need to stop them before things get worse. Stow away that fear."
Zelene: (sighs) "Okay."
Sherman: "Now here's the plan. Me, Aubrey, and Zelene will use our powers to trap her."
Jackson Junior: "That means someone has to recite the reversal chant in order to send the dark spirit back to wherever she came from. I'll go with Ruth and Alicia to see if she still has it."
Ruth: "The book is most likely in Victoria's locker. Thankfully, I know her combination if she ever forgets."
Sherman: "Perfect! Everyone else, spread out and see if you can find Desirée. If you see her, alert everyone in the group chat. Agreed?"
Neal: "Who was Victoria even after first?"
Sherman: "She is after Aubrey."
Aubrey: "She wants me gone?"
Sherman: "She said that she wanted you out of the way so she could try and take me as her boyfriend."
Aubrey: "Geez. This can't be happening. Where is she now?"
Sherman: "She's outside on the track field. I froze her with my paralyzing spirit touch."
Aubrey: "We can't leave her out there to freeze, babe."
Sherman: "Its sixty-one degrees, Aubs. I'm sure Victoria will survive until we capture Desirée. Besides she hypnotized me and Alicia. Do you want her to go free?"
Aubrey: "No... we can take her to the to the principal's office. Every student deserves that right."
Sherman: "Alright. I won't imprison Victoria with the demon. I'll respect your wish in this circumstance."
Aubrey: "Thank you. I know it's difficult, but it is the right thing to do."
Sherman: "Yeah... I know. It's not fun though."
Aubrey: "It never is, Shermie."
Weska: "Hate to interrupt you both, but our little sister Yuki has been consumed with mischief!"
Yuki: "I want to ride a bike at hyper-speed! Hahahaha!"
Keisha: "Yuki... please... snap out of it!"
Keisha slaps Yuki twice to see if she'll come back.
Zaino: "Yuki, Yuki? It's me, Zaino. I need to come back to us and let go of this desire. You are in control of your own actions, not Desirée."
Yuki: "Desirée says desire must be taken and I want to take mine!"
Elsie: "Zaino, I'm... I'm scared. What if no one can stop this mischievous demon in time?"
Zaino: "Elsie, it will be fine. Nothing ill will befall us as long as we resist Desirée's power."
Then the howls, roars, and bellows of fellow classmates across the school spread like a wildfire.
Zaino: "Come guys! Follow Sherman and Aubrey! We have to stop the chaos!"
And so... the Sherman and his group of friends work together to keep the other students from hurting or destroying school property or each other. Meanwhile, Desirée returns to where she left Victoria and sees her completely paralyzed.
Desirée: "Victoria, what happened?"
Victoria screams with her teeth clenched.
Desirée: "Relax, just let me take control. Now that I have freed you. We shall take this town do whatever we wish. Hahahaha!"
Victoria: "Wait a minute! That was never the deal! You said you'd grant my greatest desires!"
Desirée: "And I did. Now that deal is done! And you are now mine to command! Raah!"
The demon takes possession of Victoria's body.
Desirée: "Oh I've missed this... having a body to control. Now... time to spread some more much needed mischief in the streets."
She runs across the ground and over the fence track field fence into the city streets.
Desirée: "It feels so good to be free once again!"
Shortly after, all furries afflicted with Desirée's spell of mischief and desire are back to normal.
Yuki: "Ugh... what happened?"
Zaino: "It's long story Yuki, but it's fine. You are safe now."
Yuki: "Zaino, you're embracing me. Hehehe."
Zaino: "Oh my bad, Uhm... should I..."
Yuki: "No, no, no... it's... alright. It feels good being close to you."
Zaino: "Okay... heh."
Yuki smiles at him as her eyes lose their dilation.
Keisha: "We're so glad you're okay, lil sis!"
Weska: "Don't ever scare us like that again."
Yuki: "So why was I acting like this?"
Sherman: "You can thank Desirée causing it. She spread the feeling of mischief and embraced desire. And she's probably loose upon Coastal City by now."
Aubrey: "He's right, come on we have to go after that dark spirit before she gets too far."
Ruth: "I found the book. Let's see... the Tone of Dark Arts says that Desirée can only be defeated with this passage. 'Evil one of old times it is time to recompense for the mischief you've caused. Demon travel back from whence you came.' Hmm... interesting."
Aubrey: "Now let's go free Victoria."
Jackson Junior: "Aubrey, you're not considering freeing someone who wants to kill you? Right?"
Aubrey: "She is our friend. No matter what choices she's made. Okay."
Ruth: "We're not leaving my sister out there, JJ."
Jackson Junior: "Ugh... fine. Just a suggestion."
The group of friends goes to the track field; only to find that Victoria is nowhere to be seen.
Ruth: "Sherman, you said my sister was frozen out here!"
She starts sobbing into Jackson Junior's chest.
Sherman: "She was! But... Oh no..."
Aubrey: "What is it?"
Sherman: "Desirée must have freed her and they are both on the loose in Coastal City."
Wallace: "Shouldn't we wait until the school day ends? I mean it's not like we can just leave the school grounds whenever we want."
The king cheetah furry makes a comment.
Sherman: "I understand the concern Wallace, but we need to act now before lunch time reaches a conclusion. Now, who wants to come with me?"
Alicia: "I'm with Sherman. She forced me to run while in a trance. My gah, it felt so horrible."
Aubrey: "You're not going anywhere without me, Sherm-Sherm."
Jackson Junior: "I'm with you, big brother."
Ruth: "My sister needs our help. Count me in."
Neal: "I volunteer, mostly because you're my best friends."
Zelene: "I have spirit powers, just like Sherman and Aubrey, so yes. I'm coming you too."
Lucas: "I've been itching to fight against a demon!"
Redford: "I've been ready too, Sherman. You can us in too."
Jobahan: "I'm going too."
Zaino: "I want to join!"
Yuki: "Same here! That demon afflicted me."
Elsie: "I'm coming too. Just to ensure everyone's safety."
Wallace: "Okay, then. All opposed?"
Triskah: "Me."
Mei: "Me too."
Radinavia: "Same here."
Helena: "I'm not going."
Bavos: "Someone has to cover for you all in case one the teachers ask regarding your presence in the building."
Riley: "I'm staying too. And Sherman... make sure you bring my Jobi back too okay."
Weska: "Watch over our little sister, guys."
Keisha: "Yeah, promise that."
Sherman: "I solemnly swear. Everyone who's with me... it's mission time."
Sherman, Aubrey, and Zelene immediately create a concentrated surge of spirit energy to lift them and their friends high above the school grounds and across the city to find any traces of Desirée's power.
