Heroes...

The saviors of the world. Yes it made so much sense. Villains were the bad guys, the poster children for deceit, violence, and wrongdoing. And the heroes were untouchable beings that could do no wrong, and worked for the people to form a perfect society. One where villains were squashed and had no chance at taking over.

That's how they always explained it.

With the Symbol of Peace All Might displayed on Billboards, television screens, children's toys, and literally anything else, it was enough indoctrination to make any kid want to be heroes. Other pro-heroes didn't make as much impact, but everyone had their own idol. But little to none were truly successful in their venture to become a hero, like their idols.

But Katsuki Bakugo wasn't just any kid. And Izuku Midoriya wasn't just any kid. They were going to be the top heroes. They were going to surpass All Might, and then some. It's what they were being pampered to do.

They were strong, smart, and never backed down to a challenge. With Katsuki's stubbornness and Izuku's intuitiveness, they made for an interesting pair. With much tenacity, and vigor, the boys would have made amazing heroes that could have saved Japan from any dangerous villain without batting an eye.

But how did they end up here?

Katsuki's hand gripped Izuku's, crimson eyes meeting green. They took step after step backwards, before both 'oomf'ed as a brick wall stopped them in their tracks.

Police sirens blared around them, multiple officers already pointing weapons with K9 dogs barking and growling at the pair.

Izuku's eyes flickered nervously to his lover, Katsuki noted this, and nodded faintly, a sign only Izuku would notice. The side of Katsuki's lips tweaked to a smirk, side-eyeing Izuku with a comforting glance.

"Villains Deku and Dynamight, step forward with your hands in the air!" The police officers all shouted at various times. Some even trembled. It made sense, Deku may not have been the scariest villain, but with Dynamight on his arm, like a ferocious dog about to be unleashed, it made him rather scary.

Bakugo took one look at Izuku, and one look at the police officers. He gave Izuku a big kiss on the lips, flipped off the officers, and propelled an explosion down at the concrete. Not only did the smoke blind the officers, and the noise deafen them, it propelled Izuku and Bakugo upwards. Deku used his quirk to control the explosion, and get them the hell out, just for a moment, while the two held onto each other for dear life. Same practice every day, how did the idiots not see it coming?

"Sorry for the blast, Darlin'," Bakugo exclaimed to Izuku, who only grinned a wide grin in reply. The thrill of it all made his mind whir, all he could do was grip onto Bakugo's waist tightly.

As the police officers and newly arriving Pro-heroes hearing came back all they heard was Bakugo laughing boisterously, shouting 'DIE! DIE!' as explosions came tumbling their way, destroying police cars, sending policemen and women flying, and pro-heroes reeling.

That was Dynamight. His Deku carefully planning his own, less loud attacks at the pro-heroes, before performing them with startling precision. These damn cops didn't stand a chance in Hell.

Not when Deku mastered All Might's quirk.
