Shigaraki's eyes didn't move from the television, palm of his hand holding up his face by his chin. He was rewatching the Sports Festival, and his eyes were on two students in particular.
"What are you doing, Master?" Kurogiri, his caretaker and fellow member asked. "Are you watching those clips again? How many times are you going to watch it.
Tomura groaned, four fingers tapping against the rickety bar table he was residing at. He picked up the controller and rewinded the tape again, eyes narrowing as he studied the students attacks.
"Katsuki Bakugo... Izuku Midoriya... They're the perfect little brats for the cause. You see what I mean, yes?" Tomura asked to the taller male, free hand moving to itch at his neck. He groaned lowly, enjoying the relief it gave him.
"Ah, I suppose so. They are rather powerful. However, I doubt we would be able to get our hands on them." Kurogiri replied innocently, unsure as to why Tomura's mind was made up about these two students. He understood the power behind their quirks, but beyond that, they weren't anything special.
"That Bakugo. He's powerful. He's aggressive. Look at the way those heroes chained him up for everyone to laugh at." Tomura whispered, a small smirk tugging on his lips. "What kind of heroes do that? I bet that's what he's thinking. How could they make a fool of me? It's like they want the UA brats to distrust heroes." He muttered. Kurogiri only nodded in understanding.
"How about the new recruits? The fire one and the crazy girl? Aren't they good enough for you right now?" Kurogiri mentioned, remembering the Stain disciples that had joined the League. Dabi and Himiko Toga. They were plenty useful. Dabi had quite a strong quirk, and Toga, albeit crazy, had a very useful quirk too.
"They are important to our arsenal, but imagine this: two UA kids, the brightest stars in 1-A, join the League of Villains. First of all, public interest is going to go up. Who are these bright kids doing in a dangerous group like the League of Villains? And the pro-heroes already know the potential of the two brats, so when they've turned into hardened villains, we might just scare those stupid heroes to the core. It's the perfect plan, Kurogiri!"
By this point, other members of the League had showed up, amidst their leader's crazed rambling. One tall black haired member, with scars all over his body, identified as Dabi, spoke up first.
"Eh, boss. Have you finally lost it? I heard about your little attack at UA before I joined. It was a total failure wasn't it? Why would you try to embarrass yourself again?" He asked cooly, raising an eyebrow. This only frustrated Shigaraki, standing up to approach Dabi with an angry index finger wagging at the fellow villain.
"You listen here, Pet. Know your place. You are just my little minion, you don't think about my plans. It wasn't a failure, the fact that we got UA on their toes is very important. Those stupid heroes didn't even know what hit them." He mumbled angrily.
"But like, didn't UA totally spend a lot of money on security?" Another villain, a blonde schoolgirl named Toga said. "I think they got these gates that we definitely couldn't get past. So how do you plan on kidnapping these kiddos anyways?" She was kind of excited. Based off of what she saw at the Sports Festival (that Shigaraki had made her watch) there was this beautiful boy shining. He wasn't as popular as Bakugo, but she couldn't help but find him attractive. Maybe she had a bit of a crush. Izuku Midoriya was someone she absolutely wanted. He was so pretty!
"I know about the gates. I'll figure out the details. I think I'm going to be getting some intel later today about some school trip. It's supposed to be a secret, but there's always a little brat that blabbers. And where does the blabbering end up? Right in the hands of your leader, Tomura Shigaraki." He grinned, giving a slight bow before stepping away from Toga and Dabi. Dabi rolled his eyes and scoffed. He doubted any stupid plan Shigaraki would come up with would work. UA was keen on making sure those stupid kids were corralled. As much as it would be fun to nab a couple brats and break them for the media, he decided to settle his wants.
