Human- Osamu Dazai ✔

Introductions

Zero Ariya stared at himself in the mirror. He was now wearing a black dress shirt with black pants and a grey coat. It was comfortable and he was glad to get out of his old hoodie and jeans.

They had become worn and never washed right. This new wardrobe would certainly be more comfortable.

A knock sounded at the wooden door of his room, alerting him that work was soon to begin.

It was easy to guess who it was. Junichiro and Naomi Tanizaki. They were the first people Ariya had met yesterday.

Naomi had been the one to show him around his apartment. It was small and plain but very cozy.

The girl had black hair and a sweet face. She usually wore a school uniform and let her hair down. Junichiro was also very kind. He had red hair and wore casual clothing.

"Door's open," Zero said as he finished buttoning his shirt up. He looked to the door as it opened, revealing the siblings.

"You ready for work?" Junichiro asked as he smiled at his new coworker.

The white haired man nodded. He knew he wasn't an official member yet but it still felt nice.

Tanizakis eyes diverted to Zero,"Are you...ok? You can walk in you know...?"

Zero examined the room. There were several people inside. "There is a lot of people. I'll pass," He turned to leave. People weren't his thing. He enjoyed a small group of friends and absolutely no one else.

"Ooh! Who's this? Are you a new cilent?" A man with brown hair grabbed Zeros left hand and pulled him inside, "You're quite beautiful. Would you like to commit a double suicide with me m'lady?" He smiled at Zero. He had bandages on his arms and neck and wore a beige coat with a white dress shirt.

Zero stared at him,"M'lady?" He had been mistaken for a women, again.

The man smiled, "Mhm!"

"I'm a guy," Zero said in an annoyed tone. This happened to often for his liking, why did everyone think he looked like a woman?

He quickly dropped his hand and nearly squealed,"Oh...this is quite unexpected."

"Dazai...leave the guy alone," an exasperated sigh came from behind a desk. A man with blonde hair and glasses was sat down writing in some sort of notebook.

"...Well anyway I'm Zero Ariya, I will be," He was cut off by Naomi.

Naomi stepped inside,"He'll be joining us at the agency! President said you'll be helping him ou-"

"I know," Dazai lay on the couch,"I'll be mentoring him or whatever. I'm guessing he needs the help of No Longer Human?"

Naomi nodded,"Yes. Exactly."

The bandaged man sighed,"What's you're ability anyway uh...Zero?"

Zero perked up,"It is called Curiosity Killed the Cat. It allows me to create force fields or throw people back using some sort of telekinesis. Drawback is if used for to long I start to experience intense pain and it could make my brain...like..." He made a boom sound and acted out an explosion with his hands.

"That sounds scary," A brown haired man said as he stuffed his face with some chips. "I'm Ranpo."

"It is. I always get headaches when I use it too."

Dazai sat up,"I'm booored. "

The blonde man spoke,"Then go try and do something productive instead of complaining, Dazai."
