Point of View: Kaede Akamatsu

Butterflies feel temperament of drops of rain,
Snakes feel the rage through a single vain,
And humans respond to a massive amount of pain.

"Kaede!~" Angie ran over to me while I was playing piano, showing a piece of art she drew
"Yes Angie?" I turned to her, flicking my hair. Feeling confident
"I drew you a picture." She gave me a landscape of a beautiful islands, with what looked like a Venus figure holding bunnies "oh thank you Angie... it's beautifu-"
I was then interrupted with a door slamming open as I saw tears roll down the person's face.
"Taka!" Angie ran over and hugged him, pulling back and trying to give a comforting smile "what happened?"
"Mondo tried to make my boyfriend cheat on me..."

"He did what?!" I screamed as Angie looked at me concerned.
"H-He set him up on a date with Ouma..." he held his face as I could see tears rolling down his face. Angie pulled him close
"Do not fear Taka! Atua says you shall be blessed with your soulmate soon." She giggled slightly and winked at me. Angie... what are you thinking-
"I don't believe that stuff.." he sniffled "I want to put in effort for a boy... not let it be assigned to me like luck..."
"Well that's bleak." Angie blinked slightly, walking Taka to the piano, sitting him on the free stool. I pulled him closer and hugged him "my poor little Taka..."
"Should we tell Komaeda-Kun?" Angie asked, holding her phone out, having it placed on her palms like it were sacred.
"No. Not him." I said with grimace "I want to help Taka without him barging in."
"Alright but-"
"We can tell him later Angie! But right now! It's Taka's free time we're wasting."
"I want to go back to my room and study." He sniffled
"I have an idea!" Angie smiled, running out, making Taka jolt, probably about to say 'no running in the halls'
"What is she doing?" Taka looked confused
"She's excited Taka."
"Why..?"
"She's excited to help you feel better."
"But why would she want to help me?" With those words, I felt saddened for Taka, almost crying myself with how little his self worth seemed to be
"Because she's your friend..."
"... alright. I do have friends now I suppose."
I giggled slightly, making Taka look confused
"I'm back~!" Angie ran in as Taka gave her a slip for detention for running "thanks Taka!~ it's a gift~"
"What is all of this?" Taka asked, raising an eyebrow
"It's spa stuff!"
"Oh Angie! Was this the stuff that Aoi gave you." I asked, smiling, excited as well.
"Mhm! She gave me this after her brother bought them for her since she wasn't interested! It really helps make people relax for art work!"
"So what will you do to me with this?"
"We'll remove your stress!" Both me and Angie said excited. Taka looked down and sighed

"This may be a long long while."

Angie began doing manicures and masks and what not to Taka, just trying to help him relax, as I just played non-copyrighted music to calm the nerves, because I want to make people relax while not being sued for breathing.
"You feel any better Taka?" Angie asked, cleaning her hands after giving him a massage.
"No..."
"Well. What if we studied as well?" I asked, looking at Angie.
"Yeah! Let's study as well!"
And that's when the glimmer in his eyes shone, and I knew the old Taka was back.

We began to study and me and Angie began doing songs and pictures of what we were studying as Taka joined in by singing his heart out. He may have not been the best but jeez he's got a powerful voice. We were just having fun, studying while singing and drawing.
"Nyahaha!~ Atua believes we made the most holy study group!" Angie giggled as her hands were covered in paint.
"Yeah! Haha I didn't know studying could be fun." I smiled
"Well thank you so much for helping me out. I never knew people would care so deeply for me..."
"Hey Taka... me and Angie are always here for you... unlike Miu who calls you a virgin."
"It's because I am one..."
"I didn't need to know but we won't tell if you don't want us to."
"Thank you Kaede... I did want to tell you something."
Angie dropped her brush and sat next to Taka
"What is it?~"
"I don't know why..." he gulped slightly "but the fact Mondo tried to set me up and us being in this argument... it hurts... my heart is broken..."
"Why don't you tell Mondo this?" Angie asked, putting her coat on Taka
"Because... I don't know how."
"Well... maybe we could help?" I replied, holding both his hands and kneeling down "we are your best friends..? Maybe we can get you and Mondo to make up?"

"That would be nice..."
