I woke up seeing a bright light and clouds around me. Am I dead? Did I die in my sleep or something? I heard a man and a little girl's voices laughing. The voices were coming closer to me, and the man's voice just sounded way too familiar. Soon, a figure started to appear in front of me. It was someone I had been missing for so long.

"M-Malcolm?"

"Hi Ariana," he smiled. Gosh, how I missed that smile. He then embraced me into a hug. He had a little girl in his arms, probably around three years of age. She had green eyes that resemble Malcolm's and dark brown curly hair that looks like mine.

"I miss you so much," I mumbled as I tried to hold in my tears.

"Is this our little girl?" I asked him.

"Yes, this is our little Eleanor, isn't she beautiful?" he smiled. I smiled and nodded as I studied her features. Gosh, she's so beautiful. How I wished she was given the chance to be born.

"Daddy?" our little girl called.

"Yes Ella?"

"Who is that beautiful lady?" she asked shyly as she pointed at me, "Is she a princess?"

"She's your Mommy I had been telling you about," he replied, "remember everything I told you about her?"

"You're my Mommy?" she asked me. I smiled and nodded.

"I love you Mommy," she squealed.

"I love you more baby girl," I smiled. I picked her up and placed a kiss on her forehead. Malcolm had raised her so well.

"Malcolm?" I called.

"Yeah?"

"Why am I here? Am I dead?"

"No, you're not dead," he chuckled, "Eleanor had been asking me so many questions about you, so I thought it would be great if we visit you so that you can meet each other."

"Mommy?" Ella called.

"Yes baby girl?"

"Daddy told me that he sent someone to make you happy. Who is he?" she asked.

"Wait, you sent Dalton to me?" I asked Malcolm. He smiled and nodded.

"I sent him to you because I knew you really needed each other to make each other happy and feel loved. Believe me, he will always be there for you and protect you at all costs."

"I also sent Imogen to the two of you, knowing that being a mother is everything you have wanted for so long. Dalton had also wanted to be a dad, so I thought it would be great to send her to you two," he added. At this point, I started crying. He's that thoughtful to the point where he sent me the love of my life and a child I had been waiting for so long.

"T-thank you so m-much," I sniffled as I pulled him into a hug.

"Don't cry Mommy," Ella pouted as she wiped my tears away, making me smile.

"Daddy, so who's Dalton and Imogen?" she asked.

"Dalton is the person I sent to your mom to make her happy," he explained, "Imogen is your little sister."

"I have a little sister? Does that mean I'm a big girl now?" she asked excitedly. We both smiled and nodded.

"When can I see her?" she asked. My heart dropped. She probably didn't know that we're in two completely different natures. Luckily, Malcolm quickly thought of an answer.

"We can visit her in her dreams anytime, just like how we're visiting Mommy right now," he explained. She just gave him a little nod.

"Mommy, do you and Daddy love each other?" she asked.

"Of course we do," I smiled, "we will always have a special place in each other's hearts."

"Then why are you two not together?"

"You know, you don't have to be together in order to love each other," I explained, "Sometimes, things don't always work out, but that doesn't mean we should stop loving each other."

"What does that mean?"

"You'll understand when you're older," Malcolm smiled. She nodded a little.

"Ariana, I guess it's time for you to go back," he said. My heart sank.

"C-can't I stay?" I asked him. He shook his head.

"Dalton really needs you, and so does Imogen, they love you so much, and you can't leave them. Believe me, we'll be reunited again forever when it's time, along with all our loved ones. But for now, you need to go back, we'll visit you again sometime," he said. I nodded as tears filled my eyes.

"Mommy, are you leaving?" Eleanor asked as she started to cry. I gave her a weak nod. I hate seeing her upset.

"Don't go Mommy," she cried. I placed a kiss on her forehead and ran my fingers through her hair.

"Don't cry, little one," I whispered, "we'll meet again someday, okay?"

"Promise?" she asked, holding out her pinky finger.

"I promise," I smiled as I connected my pinky finger with hers.

"I love you Mommy," she smiled.

"I love you more baby girl," I smiled. I looked at Malcolm one last time before embracing him into a hug. Soon, he and our little girl started to fade away. I closed my eyes, and when I opened them, I was back in Dalton's arms in our hotel room. The morning had come. It was all just a dream. My pillow was soaked with my tears.

"What's wrong baby?" he asked, "You were crying in your sleep."

"I had a dream that was so beautiful," I sniffled, "it just felt so r-real."

"Wanna talk about it?' he asked. I nodded as I buried my face on his chest.

"Malcolm and Eleanor, the baby we lost, came to visit me in my dream last night. She's just so beautiful, she has his green eyes and my dark curls," I told him as I remembered my dream, "Malcolm told me that he sent you to me because he knew how much we needed each other to make each other happy and feel loved. He also told me that he sent Imogen to us because he knew how much we wanted to become parents and have kids of our own."

"They're both really proud of you baby," he smiled as his brown eyes met mines, "you've come a long way, you're the strongest person I know."

"M-Malcolm told Eleanor about Imogen and she was so happy about having a little sister. M-my heart just b-broke because she didn't get to see h-her. I wish she was given the c-chance to be b-born," I sniffled.

"I'm so sorry baby," he cooed, "believe me, they're so proud of you. They're watching over you. They're your guardian angels."

He held me in his arms and comforted me as I continued to cry. Soon, I started to calm down and he passionately kissed my lips.

"I love you," I said as let out a tiny smile.

"I love you more," he smiled before kissing my forehead. We cuddled on the bed for a few minutes before deciding to start the day.
