Dalton's pov

"Come on baby, you need to eat something," I begged. She stayed quiet and just stared at the bowl of oatmeal in front of her. She had been refusing to eat anything for the past two days, and it's just really worrying. During the past two days, it would take a while to convince her to eat something although it was just a really small amount. It took a lot of effort, but at least she ate something.

"Baby, you need to eat something."

"I don't want to," she mumbled. I picked up the bowl and scooped some food. She hesitantly opened her mouth and I put the food in her mouth. She chewed and swallowed it and I continued to feed her.

"I'm full," she mumbled after she ate about a third of her food.

"Just one more bite."

She opened her mouth and I put the food in her mouth. She then moved away and I sighed. I took the bowl downstairs and ate the rest of her breakfast before putting it in the dishwasher. I brought her a glass of water and her medicine to relieve her pain. She's still in a lot of pain right now.

"Thanks," she said quietly as I handed her the water and medicine. She took the medicine and I cuddled in bed with her.

Ariana's pov

I felt really bad for Dalton. He had to take care of me and Imogen at the same time since I was so drained out, and he still had to deal with his own emotional pain. I kept on making things hard for him, I couldn't help it. I had no more energy left in me. I felt really depressed. Everything's just my fault, now my whole life is against me. I did nothing to deserve him, he deserves someone way better.

"Baby?" I softly called.

"Yes baby?"

"I don't deserve you," I mumbled against his chest.

"What do you mean, baby?"

"You had done so much for me, but I did nothing for you. I'm just being a burden and making things harder for you. You deserve someone better."

"Don't say that baby," he softly ruffled my hair, "I love you so much, and I understand that you can't really do much for me right now. You had done so much for me. You helped me change for the better."

"R-really?"

He nodded and softly kissed my head. He wrapped his arm around my body and I scooted closer to him. Right now, all I needed was to be in his arms. He made me feel safe all the time.

"I'm exhausted," I mumbled and placed my head next to his chest. The sound of his heartbeat calms me down. He ran his fingers through my hair and softly kissed my lips.

"Where's Imogen?" I asked him.

"She's playing with her teddy bear, want me to take her here?" he asked and I nodded. He stood up and picked Imogen up. He placed her on the bed next to me and layed down next to her so that she's in between us. I wrapped my arm around her as a tear rolled down my cheek.

"Mommy, are you okay?" she asked and I quickly wiped my tears away.

"I just miss your brother so much," I answered as another tear rolled down my cheek.

"Don't cry Mommy, I'm here," she said softly and my heart melted.

"T-thank you, Piccolina," I sniffled.

"Baby?" I called.

"Yeah?"

"I think it's time to tell the fans the truth," I said quietly.

"Are you ready, though?"

"I-I think so."

"Alright, go for it."

I picked up my phone from the bedside table and chose a picture to post. I decided to use a picture from our last appointment.

I put my phone away and started to cry again. Dalton held me tight while whispering comforting words into my ears. Imogen scooted closer to me and gave me a hug. What did I do to deserve them both?

"It was all my f-fault," I sniffled, "I shouldn't have asked for another baby, knowing that my pregnancies are always risky. Now an innocent life is gone."

"Don't say that baby, I know you really wanted to be a mom to three kids, you're just trying to achieve your dream," he said softly and kissed my head

"I should've been more grateful for what I have," I mumbled, "I couldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place but somehow got pregnant with Imogen."

"Baby, I know that you're always grateful for what you have. You love Imogen with all your heart, and that's all that matters. There's nothing wrong with wanting to have a second child."

He softly rubbed my back as I continued to cry. I eventually started to calm down and softly kissed his lips.

"I love you so much," I mumbled onto his chest.

"I love you too baby, more than you'll ever know," he lightly smiled as he ran his fingers through my hair.

"Mommy?"

"Yes Piccolina?"

"Wuv you," she said softly.

"I love you too, Piccolina."

"She's so lucky to have you as her mom," Dalton whispered.

"You better be good to Mommy," he said to Imogen.

"Okay, Daddy."

I cuddled closer to Dalton's chest and my eyelids started to feel heavy. The past few days had been really exhausting. Before I even knew it, I feel asleep on his chest.
