Chapter 2

** Meredith's POV **
** Skipping the next day **
I woke up to my alarm ringing. I groan as I turn it off. I stumble to my closet getting a maroon oversized sweater with bright blue skinny jeans. I go to the washroom and tame my hair, I straighten my hair then apply light makeup (eyeshadow, mascara and lip balm ) I walk downstairs and grab my backpack then walk to school. It didn't take very long it was about a 5-10 minute walk. I walk in and try to find the office. I bump into a girl with brown hair down to her shoulders and brown eyes. She smiles at me. "Hey are you the new girl?" She asks. I nod in reply and she takes me to the office. The lady hands me my schedule, I grab my books and such then head to my first class, Science. I walk in with her and I sit beside her in the middle row. "I'm Christine Green by the way." She smiles. "I'm Meredith Briar." I smile back. All of the students come in and I see the guy that was by my window. I look down hoping he doesn't see me. I hide in my long brown hair. "Hey your the girl that was in the window right?" He smirked. I look up and see him sitting beside me. I nod in reply. I see the teacher come in and smiling at the class. "Oh are you the new girl?" She asked. "Yes." I nod. "Come and introduce yourself." She smiled. I walk over to the front nervously. "I'm Meredith." I say. "Nice to meet you Meredith I'm Ms. Brooks. She smiles. I shake her hand and walk back to my seat. "Good girl huh?" I hear Matt whisper. I didn't reply and listened to the teacher and took notes. Once class was finished I saw that Christine was in every single one of my classes but History. I frown as I realize it's my first class. I sit down and the teacher let me introduce myself and I walk back. I see the boy with the tattoos and such behind me. I feel him fiddling with my hair and I turn around. "Miss. Briar. This is not a chit chat period!" Mr. Gold says to me. I nod and turn back. I could feel him smirking. Once I head out when we were finished I saw the boy rush up to me. I'm Matthew by the way." He smirks at me. "Whats with all the smirking?" I ask him. "I don't know I just like to smirk." He chuckles. He pushes me against the locker and I feel the cool metal hit my back. He trapped me in the locker. "Kiss me." He smirks. "Okay." I fake smile at him. He closes his eyes and I quickly get out of his arms and walk fast to find where Christine was. I spotted her with 2 other girls. I run towards her and her group. "Hey what's wrong?" She asks. "A guy named Matt asked me to kiss him." I say panting. "Oh he's a fuckboy. He lets girls to his trap and almost every girl wants him." A girl with bright blonde hair and hazel eyes said. "I'm Aurora Jacksons By the way." She added. I gave her a warm smile and another girl with vibrate blue hair smiled at me. "I'm Lisa." She shook my hand. "I'll see you in lunch." Matt passed by whispering to me. "No thanks." I smile back. Everyone gasped and all eyes were on me. "You do realize no one says no to me right? Or no one doesn't like me right?" He turned around. "I guess I'm no one." I shrugged. He turned his heel and stormed up to what I think are his friends. "WOW!" Aurora says in shock. "You just made HISTORY!" Christine highfived me. I giggled and we got to our other classes then lunch then some more classes then we all walked home. We went our separate ways. I went home and saw Matt staring at me. I rolled my eyes and opened my front door.
