Bucky is sitting in his chair doing work and I am over here, bored out of my mind. And when I say bored, I mean BORED. I've done nothing all day, have no plans to get ready for, and Bucky has been doing work for the past 5 hours

I sigh dramatically trying to get his attention, it doesn't work. I sigh again with more drama in it, nothing. I get he has work but One: have I mentioned I'm bored? Two: he probably needs a break. And three: He needs someone to keep him company. So obviously I get up and head to where Bucky is. To get some sweet sweet attention I'm craving

Poke.... Poke Poke.... Poke Poke Poke.....

He ignores me and continues his work, bad choice Buck.

Poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, po-

"Y/n! I am working. Would you stop poking me?!" He says dropping is pen in frustration

"I'm not going to stop poking you until I get some attention." I smirk

"Doll, I love you so much but I need to get this done." He says before giving me a peck on the lips

I groan. I want cuddles, kisses, hugs, and attention and I'm not getting that. It also doesn't help that I'm bored.

He gives me a sympathetic look.
"C'mere, you can sit on my lap until I'm down working." He says putting his leg

I let out a squeal of excitement and Bucky laughs. I hop onto his lap and curl up into his warm body. He gives me a kiss on the head before going back to his work.

Every once in a while he will play with my hair or rub my back when he can't focus and needs a short break. And obviously I don't mind that, I love it.
