Forth woke up with a groan. His head feels like it's about to be split in two. 'Ahhh, must have had too much to drink last night. Damn!' He thought to himself.
Last he remembered he was drinking with Park and Lam at the latter's house. And then there was Beam. 'Fuck!' He thought to himself and suddenly turned to his side.
There lying beside him is the most recent addition to their drinking session. The Campus Cassanova, the cause of many girls' heartbreak and the nightmare of every women's father. Said guy is also the best friend of the Crazy Docs' leader Phana Kongthanin.
Beam has been joining them lately since Phana and Kit got themselves a boyfriend. He says he doesn't want to be a chaperone for two oversweet couples.The engineers loved having him around as there was never a dull moment.
Forth noticed Beam starting to wake. He could see him scrunching his face in pain and he feared what his reaction would be. The engineering student could only hope his life would be spared and it won't affect their friendship.
"Fucking hell Forth!" Beam hissed, clearly in pain.
Forth looked at him, full of guilt. He brought a hand to his hair and brushed it back before heaving a sigh. "Look Beam, I'm sorry I caused you so much pain but I don't regret anything that's happened between us. Not even a second of it" he said sincerely while looking at the other straight in the eye.
If Beam was being honest with himself, he already fell for the man since the first time they met but was just fooling himself to believe otherwise. It was during the Moon & Star gathering that they met. He was there to accompany Phana with Kit and it was that giraffe friend of theirs that introduced them to Forth.
That was the start of their friendship and it was just lately that they enjoyed each other's company. Beam spends most of his time with the Crazy Doctors, Phana and Kit, while Forth is mostly with his Engineering gang. The longest time they spend in each other's presence is whenever their gangs are drinking together.
He was clutching the sheets against his body. Beam was sure he was as naked as the man beside him. He blushed and looked away. "What now?" He grumbled.
Forth knew Beam won't give him an easy time. He is as fiery as Kit, like a wild tiger but he won't have him any other way.
Forth brought his hand down and draped his arm around Beam's shoulder to pull him closer to his side. "Now, we get dressed. If you need any painkillers, I'll get them for you then we will have breakfast. How's that sound?"
Beam heaved a sigh and grumbled, "Whatever"
True to his words, Forth got him painkillers while he was getting dressed. They were both lucky that the other occupants of the house were still asleep that's why it was easy for them to sneak out. Forth took Beam's car keys and helped him get in the car. It was also a good thing that he didn't bring his bike last night.
That breakfast they had was the first of many. It had been a habit of Forth's to drop Beam off at his faculty and picking him up after classes. Their start was a bit rough and indeed, Beam always keeps him up on his toes. It was never easy for him.
Forth was always on edge whenever girls flock around his boyfriend and said man doesn't put any effort in dispursing them. He would always put Beam as his priority but he doesn't feel that from his lover. He doesn't complain though. Beam was never vocal with his feelings but whenever it was just the two of them, the medical student was totally sweet and adorable.

Beam was brought out of his musings when he felt a presence beside him. He was currently lying down in one of the chaise by the poolside when he saw Bjorn standing on his side.

"Hey buddy, what's up?" He said as he moved aside and tapped it to let him know he could sit.
"I'm sorry for bothering you Papa" Bjorn said as he sat down beside him.
Beam chuckled and draped an arm around the boy's shoulders. He doesn't know why but he feels so elated whenever he is near Bjorn, like he is so familiar with the boy. "You are never a bother baby. Have you had your snack?"
Bjorn was enjoying the attention that his stepfather is giving him. He feels relaxed and at peace around him, the opposite of what he expected from whoever his Dad would marry. "I'm all good Papa. Uncle Arthit fed me quite a lot when I passed by there"
Beam swept the boy's hair from his face and couldn't help himself, he dropped a kiss on his hair. He felt so at ease with him, like he is with Jaron. "That's good. Have you seen your Dad already? I'm pretty sure he will sulk if you didn't seek him out" he teased him.
"He's busy with work" Bjorn answered with a smile. "Hmmm...you seem so deep in thought earlier when I got here. I hope I'm not disturbing you"
"Silly boy" Beam said affectionately. "Why would you think that? You remind me of Jaron, my son and your brother. I think you're the same age if I'm not mistaken"
Bjorn perked up on hearing he will have a brother. "That's cool! I always wanted a sibling though I never bother Dad about that since I have Kyros and Atlas. They're like my brothers. I even share my birthday with Atlas"
Beam arched an eyebrow at that. "Well, I'm glad to know that you want a sibling. I'm sure Jaron can't wait to meet you too"
"Where is he Papa?"
"He's with grandma, my mom, right now. I heard from Dad that you'll just be finishing this semester and will be moving to Thailand after" Beam said, excitement evident on his face.
"Yes Papa. I'll be living with you, Dad and Jaron there so we could be a family like the Suthilaks" Bjorn was excited too.
From the window of his home office, Forth could see the two most important people in his life bonding. He couldn't be happier with how their life is leading.
