2 - You're Worth it

For once Michael had a whole day to himself.

He didn't mind having Calum so prevalent in his life. He adored his boyfriend and he was lucky to be able to live in this large, luxurious mansion that he didn't even have to pay a penny for.

But everybody needed their occasional space, and once in a while when Calum was out taking care of business that Michael couldn't take a part of—so the more violent type of business—gave him the opportunity to get his alone time.

Putting his light pink, heart-shaped sunglasses on, Michael started to venture out of his 'princess room' as he liked to call it. It was his special room that had all of his clothes, accessories, makeup, etc. It was where he could get ready by himself in the privilege of the large room holding endless amounts of his things.

With only his sunglasses and a pair of black, ripped shorts on, Michael was ready to sunbathe out by the pool.

First he made his way inside of the large kitchen, grabbing a hydroflask and pouring water inside. Once he had his water he made his way throughout the house, humming a random tune stuck in his head.

He groaned in annoyance when he heard the doorbell ring, making him stop in his track and make his way towards the front of the house once again. Opening the front door, he looked at the person stood there with disinterest.

"Morning." Luke smirked when he pushed himself inside, scanning the house like he hasn't been there an endless amount of times.

Calum and Luke were frenemies to put it simply. Luke was a cocky man that has always had his eyes set onto Michael, but Calum didn't have it in him to do anything about it.

Luke was a helpful man to Calum, since he could be trusted to help him with his business. And Calum hated to admit it, but he knew that he could count on Luke to help protect Michael.

"Yes, Luke?" Michael closed the door and looked at the blonde questionably. He just wanted his alone time.

Luke turned back around, looking Michael up and down, "Have I mentioned that you are the most beautiful man I have ever laid my eyes onto?"

"Well since you're straight I don't really take that as a large compliment considering that you don't take notice of men."

"Michael, baby." Luke laughed out, "You should take it as a large compliment if you put it that way. I don't find men attractive unless that man is you."

Michael took his turn to laugh out, but he did it more sarcastically, "Quit the bullshit, Luke. Why exactly are you here?"

"Calum sent me to watch you."

Michael groaned, "Why? I'm perfectly fine here. I don't need a babysitter."

"Lets just call me your friend then, hmm?"
