After Aurora had comforted Minho for fifteen minutes, she realised that she was late for her shift in the Med-jack hut.

"Shit I'm late!" Aurora cried after glancing at the watch that was fastened onto Minho's wrist, "I've got to go!" She scrambled off the bed and quickly ran over to mirror that sat on Minho's drawers and attempted to tame her hair in some sort of fashion.

"Do you have to go?" Minho quietly asked as he stood up from the bed also — wiping his eyes and making his way over to Aurora.

"Yeah, I'm sorry," Aurora replied, turning around so she was facing him. "But today will probably be quiet so you can come and visit me if you want, I don't mind."

Something about that sentence made a small smile light up on Minho's face, causing unknown butterflies to swarm in Aurora's stomach.

"I don't mind either," Minho murmured, a smirk making its way into his lips. "I'll see you later then."

"Are you trying to get rid of me?" Aurora huffed, folding her arms, and genuinely looking slightly offended.

Minho began to laugh before raising an eyebrow, "I thought you said you were late?"

"Fuck!"

"Where have you been?" Alex inquired as Aurora hurriedly entered the hut and slammed the door behind her. "If you haven't noticed, you're late."

Aurora rolled her eyes before making her way over to the medical bed and tidying the sheets, still breathing heavily as she ran all the way from the Homestead.

"I accidentally fell asleep," Aurora easily lied, her brows furrowed as she concentrated while making the bed. "Sorry."

"Hm," Alex hummed, sending a look to Aurora as if to say: 'You're talking out of your arse.'

"Anyways," Aurora said, holding onto the 's' for several seconds, "anything interesting happen in the fifteen or so minutes I was gone?"

"Not really." Jeff shrugged, rolling up the sleeves of his sage green shirt. "We're just sort of waiting for the Builders to injure themselves which is most likely going to happen in the next hour."

"But in the meantime," Clint interrupted, "we can just stock up on supplies seeing as the box will come up today and have a relaxed day."

"Lovely," Aurora grinned, moving away from the bed and towards the cupboards of medical creams and pots.

They were all full, Aurora had nothing to do.

The day was hot, with the sun beating down onto the Glade viciously, the sun's rays tickling and reaching ever corner in the Glade, leaving no place free of the sweltering sun. The Med-jack hut was getting hotter, with only one small window at the back — only a small person would be able to climb out of it.
