Different Sides-Darth Maul(Star Wars) X Male Reader

Y/N and Darth Maul glared at each other, the Jedi Knight and the Sith Lord stood on different sides of the cliff as they held their ground, waiting for the other to make their first move.

Several Hours Earlier...

Y/N was sent to the Planet of Agomar alongside fellow Jedi Knight, Ashlyn Void.

The two had been raised as siblings, although the order didn't allow for jedi to have personal connections to one another, they seen each other as siblings.

"Wonder what this fight is gonna be like? Hey old chap...", Ash asks a clone trooper as she commands the ship.

"We need to track down Darth Maul before he finds us...and then we need to get him into custody!", Y/N says.

"You got it boss...", A clone says as he adjusts the ship's speed.

Soon, the green and blue planet comes into view as Y/N prepares the speeder.

Once he and Ash are in the speeder, they discharge from the ship and into the orbit of the planet.

"Maul is not a good guy...he can mess with your head...I'd be extra cautious if I were you...", A jedi master says through a call.

"Don't worry Master Storm...we should have him in custody in no time...", Y/N says.

"For now, keep a low profile...this is a Separatist as it is...the last thing we'd need is to cause an uprising for invading their territory...", Master Storm says.

"Thank you, Panama...we'll be cautious...", Ash says as

"Of course...stay safe...", Panama says as she hangs up.

Soon, the flyers land and Y/N throws his hood over his clothes as he steps out of the flyer.

He and Ash walk side by side as they're led by storm troopers.

"The coordinates said he's entered this tunnel...", Ash says.

They see an old mine and they go up to the entrance.

Suddenly, there's the sound of a blaster going off, and the clone trooper next to Ash grunts in pain as he falls to the ground, instantly everyone ducks down, and Y/N says,
"Whoever inhabits the cave...they know we're here..."

Time Skip...
The group hurry down the shafts paths as they try and locate Maul.

Suddenly another clone trooper is shot down as Y/N turns to see a figure running away.

"Thats the person who's been coming after us...", Y/N says.

"Maybe whoever is gunning us down is helping Maul...", Ash says as the two think their options.

"Alright...we need to split up...I'll take Lucky to track down the person coming after us, Ash you take Ten to track down Maul, you two men guard the entrance...we need to meet back here in a few hours...if we aren't back by sundown, you two jump in the flyers and call for help...", Y/N instructs.

Everyone nods and Y/N turns down the corner.

The two remaining clone troopers raise their guns as the two jedi split off into individual directions. However, once both jedi turn the corner, a sudden shadowy darkness envelopes the mine.

The two men look around, and suddenly one floats off the ground clutching his throat.

The other shoots in the direction of whoever is doing it, and a red lightsaber deflects the shot, making the blast go back at him.

The two clones bodies fall to the ground as the hooded figure reveals their head, the slight light reveals the figure has horns at the top of their head, he smirks as he looks at the two paths, and chooses one of them to go down.
