A/N: Y/N has been Anakin's padawan for quite a while and he went through many trials...especially Anakin rejecting his love to be with Padme... Y/N confides in his closest clone trooper, Remy who just so happens to be his life saver...
Y/N walked down the halls of the jedi temple.
He would miss this place... he was glad he left the jedi force...
However he still had a bit of packing to do.
Anakin didn't take it well, and he was so desperate for Y/N to stay.
Their departure was full of tears.
A:Was it because of me?
Was the question ringing in Y/N's head.
Y/N was instructed to meet Remy and a few jedi masters to watch over the younglings.
As Y/N headed over he spotted numerous clone troopers...
He didn't realize how many there were stationed.
As he left the flyer, he entered a room filled with bright younglings who were so happy to meet him.
Y/N:I'm former padawan Y/N L/N...if you have any questions I'll be glad to help you...
Remy walked into the room.
?:commander Remy,may I see your helmet?
Y/N could see Remy's smile through his helmet.
R:sure kid...I'll be happy to show you...
Remy took off his helmet and showed it to the group of kids.
Y/N smiled and a master said,
?:bring the younglings their snack. its feeding time...
Y/N nodded and walked up to a table where some younglings were sitting.
Y/N smiled gently at them as they all crowded behind him to see what was for feeding time.
Suddenly Y/N sensed something, a change in the air...something provoking the clones...
He looked around and he could hear a faint whisper.
Execute order 66...
Y/N's eyes widen as he kicks the table onto its side, knocking the treats everywhere.
There was lots of firing as Y/N got the younglings under cover.
Y/N:GET BEHIND ME YOUNGLINGS!
The younglings look frightened as Y/N protected them.
A few jedi masters in the room sliced and deflected the shots, giving Y/N enough time to stand up.
He opened his two curved lightsabers and said;
Y/N:RUN TO THE STORAGE ROOM! NOW NOW NOW!
As Y/N deflected them, he seen a shot hit a youngling's arm.
The younglings whined in pain and Y/N carried him to the storage room.
Y/N discussed with the masters.
Y/N:we need to get these younglings to safety!
?:we must scan the area for any other younglings...
Y/N nodded.
Y/N:I'll go...I'm no longer a jedi...it won't hurt the order if they lose me...
He said before slipping out.
He ran down corridors with fallen friends as he fought back tears.
Suddenly Remy appeared around the corner.
R:Y/N! Its me...I'm alright... I got my chip removed...
Y/N sighs lowering his lightsaber.
R:I helped any other Younglings escape...come on!
Y/N:I need to find any other jedi around the area...
R:I'll meet you back in the youngling school...
Y/N nodded.
Soon Y/N spotted a room where he felt a bad feeling about
He carefully opened the door.
And ran right into Anakin.
Y/N:A-Anakin...
Anakin held the smaller boy.
A:Y/N...my love...your with me once again at last...
He quickly pressed his lips to Y/N's and Y/N sensed something off.
He pulled away quickly and said,
Y/N:Anakin...jedis mustn't have emotional attachments...
A:we won't need to worry about that my darling...
What laid in the room dawned on Y/N.
His eyes filled with tears as he gasped in shock.
Many young jedi padawans laid deceased behind Anakin.
Y/N:y-your a monster....
Y/N hurried into the room and checked their vitals.
Y/N:YOU KILLED THEM! HOW COULD YOU! THEY TRUSTED YOU! I TRUSTED YOU!
Y/N opened his curved lightsabers and started fighting Anakin.
A:don't fight it Y/N!
He lifted Y/N up in a force choke.
Y/N struggled and then the doors slid open.
In came Remy.
He fired his blaster repeatedly and Anakin let Y/N go.
Anakin glared at Remy and lunged at him.
Y/N:ANAKIN NO!
Time Skip...
Y/N helped Remy limp down to where the younglings were.
R:Th-theres a MAAT gunship landing panel not too far from the youngling academy...
Y/N:then that's where we'll go...
R:Y/N...I'll only slow you down...
Y/N:don't finish that sentence...we're getting out of here! Now let's go...
Back in the storage room...
Y/N instructed the younglings to keep their heads down and stay behind him and the masters.
As he was finishing his briefing they heard the door attempting to burst open.
?:go...I'll hold them off...
A jedi master says.
Y/N shakes his head but the master commands him to go.
Y/N opens a vent and Remy enters first.
He leads the younglings down the shaft and once theres enough room Y/N jumps in.
Just as he seals the grate the door bursts open and they all stay quiet.
Soon theres a light as Y/N sees Remy help the younglings up one by one.
They're in an empty warehouse where they hold the ships.
Y/N:once we're out there...you run for the ship...dont stop and wait for anyone...you run...and once your in the ship...keep your heads low... got it?
They nodded.
Y/N:you...your going to need to start up the ship to buy us enough time to get out of here...
He pointed to an older boy of the group.
R:we'll hold them off as long as we can... once we are all in the ship...you shut the doors...this ship is modified so it can take us to a neighboring planet...it won't go all across the galaxy but it should give us enough distance...
Y/N:ready?
They looked scared but Y/N knew they needed to go.
Y/N threw the door open and started deflecting blasts.
Remy shot down as many as he could as the younglings ran into the ship.
They got to cover as Y/N and Remy ran towards the ship.
Suddenly Remy stumbled over after being shot in the abdomen.
Y/N's eyes widen.
Y/N:Remy...no...not here...
Remy shakes his head.
R:Y/N...its the end of the road for me...go now...its your responsibility to keep the young ones safe...
Y/N's tears flow and Remy presses his lips to Y/N's.
He gets up and hurries to the ship.
Remy shoots as many clones as he can.
As the doors are closing Y/N sees Anakin walking slowly towards Remy.
He shakes his head and let's the tears flow as they make their way out.
He looks around the room.
Younglings, kids...they shouldn't have to deal with this fear, he thinks to himself.
?:Y/N...what's to become of us now...
He sees the young female togruta ask with big eyes.
He looks around and sees the fear on everyone's faces.
Y/N wipes his tears.
Y/N:We find refuge... it's going to be a while before we can show our faces..
So we better settle down...
The children sit behind him as he flies the ship to a planet that seems safe enough.
