A/N:I'm changing the story up a bit:
Y/N is a district 8 resident and was trained by Cecilia.
His three siblings:

Timothy L/N
Teddy L/N
A/N:I kinda left everyone hanging by not finishing this short but here it goes...
The party was not fun...
Y/N and Cecilia walked in being the victorious district 8 tributes from different years.
Y/N:I really don't like this suit...

Y/N sighs unable to go a day without thinking of his poor friend who couldn't make it out of the hunger games.
He straightened his posture and him and Cecilia walked in.
Y/N had to go through quite a few cheek pinches since so many rich old ladies liked how cute he was.
Finally after an uncomfortable amount of time he was meeting some of the former tributes.
He knew Katniss and Peeta since he came out of the arena and they've been best friends ever since.
The three chatted and drank and laughed and Katniss said.
K:Oh i think finnick is here...
Y/N:ooh I can't wait to meet mags!
However when the blonde man came he brought a red haired girl on his arm.
F:well if it isn't the boy in the striped cape...
Y/N rolled his eyes.
Y/N: couldn't you come up with a better name?
F:Well I would like to see what you look like without the cape...
Y/N raised an eyebrow as Annie was distracted talking with Katniss.
F:I really wish you good luck in this hunger games...I heard it'll be a big one...
He quickly kissed Y/N's cheek as Cecilia grabbed his arm.
Y/N:what's his deal? Doesn't he have a girlfriend?
C:He probably just wants to get in your head...

Y/N rolled his eyes.

Y/N arrived at Cecilia's house where she took the 19 year old in even though they have a house next door.
As soon as they walked in they see Lizzie,Jack,Tim, and Cecilia's oldest Volumnia sat in the kitchen talking.

Teddy and Cecilia's two youngest Baize and Rayon slid down the stairs giggling.
Y/N smiled as Teddy jumped up seeing his older brother home.

Y/N smiled at his little brother as he ran and gave him a hug.

Y/N and Cecilia stood in the crowd with their loved ones as the announcer got ready to pick the names.

Cecilia gulped as her children didnt want to let her go.

Time stopped as Y/N watched her face twist as she started to walk forward.
The three kids started crying not wanting their mommy to go.
The peacekeepers went to use force to get the kids to stay when Y/N stepped in.
Y/N held his arm out for the youngest who cried into his neck as he led the other two back.

The woman reached a pale hand into the jar and pulled out the slip of paper.

Y/N sighs.
None of the kids wanted to let the two go but Y/N promised them.

One by one everyone gave the medium height boy a hug until it got to Jack and James.
JC:good luck out there lil' bro...
Jack said clapping his hand on his brothers shoulder before leading the kids back to Cecilia's house.
James and Y/N looked at each other.
Meanwhile in the train on his way over to the capital...
Finnick watched the rest of of the reapings and paid close attention to Y/N's.
That boy is too damn precious...
He said as he watched how motherly he was to Cecilia's kids.
He needs to be mine...
Seeing Y/N and James didn't help the blonde males emotions.
Who the fuck does he think he is...touching my property like that...once we get in that arena im gonna embarass Y/N so hard and make him mine...

Y/N boarded the train and immediately hugged Cecilia.

Y/N:don't say that Celia'... If anything I need you to take care of my siblings if i don't make it out... I promise i got your back at the end of the day... I'm not letting those kids go motherless...

Y/N:any time...now we've got some interviews to go to once we hit the capital.
They did the chariot ride and Y/N wore lavish clothing to represent their district.
Once he got off the chariot he was met with a handsome blonde man wearing a fish net.

Y/N rolled his eyes playfully.

F:You must have delt with so much money and jewels...
Y/N:Well most of my money I try to repay Celia for her hospitality, my siblings well-being...and jewels are just my favorite accessory...

They had a hefty lunch before getting ready for their interviews.
Y/N wore an adorable white tight outfit underneath a luxurious robe that purposefully fit him too big.

Y/N was up after Cecilia had hers but he couldn't help but feel a bit angry at Finnick.
C:So Caesar I know you have a special someone back at home...
F:Yeah I do...in fact I have a special someone here too...they just don't know it yet...
C:how does Annie feel knowing she wont be the only special one in your life?
F:oh she is... however I see Annie as my sister...and this person as...someone I can get both pleasure and love from...
Y/N glared at the man through the screen.
Finnick smirked as he walked backstage to Y/N.
Y/N attempted to push him against the wall but Finnick was much bigger than him and stronger.

Y/N:well now if they see you even slightly looking at me flirtily they're gonna think I'm a homewrecker!

Finnick went to speak but Y/N walked away.

Y/N walked up as the crowd cheers for him and he greets Cesar and takes a seat.
C:So Y/N tell me...what's it like taking care of your siblings...
Y/N:well my parents died when I was fairly young and I knew someone had to be the one to take charge and make sure they were all ready...
C:We see last year that you volunteered for your younger brother...tell me about the baby...
Y/N smiled.
Y/N:that's my little teddy... he's still not talking but I'm sure we'll get him there some day...
C:you seem like quite the family man...
Y/N:Yeah... I just wish to walk out of that arena and back home with Jack,Liz,Tim and Teddy...

Y/N blushed as Cesar wrapped it up and he walked backstage.
Katniss walked out wearing a big white dress as Johanna and Y/N talked in code about the rebellion.
Y/N and Johanna smirked.

The two glanced at each other and smirked at Katniss.

Katniss walked out and soon all the tributes were called to the stand where they joined hands and Finnick made sure to hold Y/N's hand.
F:Don't worry Y/N...I'm not letting them touch you like they did to me...hell if they think of touching you I'll drive my trident right through them...
Y/N heard Finnick mutter something but didn't pay any attention as he turned to speak with Cecilia.

C:Thanks Y/N...I just really hope these tributes won't be too brutal...
Time Skip To the training room...
Y/N watched as Enobaria sliced a blade around.
He was deciding which allies to keep and which to kill.
He knew Johanna was strong, finnick would most likely try to keep him alive...he already knew Katniss and Peeta wouldn't purposefully kill him... mags wasn't strong enough to over power him... He practically had half the tributes...
Except the careers.
He smiled gently at Brutus as he took his place on the mat.
Brutus immediately lifted him over his shoulder and slammed him down.
The careers laughed as Cecilia glared at them.
Y/N remembered he wasn't gonna let the kids down.
He used his size to duck underneath his arms and successfully perform an aerial move on him sending the big brute down hard on the mat.
The careers stopped laughing as Y/N dusted himself off.
C:you sure did wipe the smiles off their faces...
Suddenly Gloss and Brutus walked up to the two.
G:hey you'd make a great ally...if you need some help adjusting your posture let me know if you need me...
He said with a smirk.
Y/N rolled his eyes and turned to Brutus.
B:you did an okay job at taking me down...
Y/N:What? Sorry couldn't hear you over that ice on your ass...
Brutus chuckled.
B:yeah whatever...
Y/N turned to Cecilia.
Y/N: Who's gonna be our allies?
C:Maybe Finnick...
Y/N:I think haymitch is trying to get him with Katniss...how about Johanna...
