Y/N yawns as he wakes up in the backseat of his dad's car.
He and his sister Bella were moving with their dad since their mom was getting married to her fiance.
She insisted on having them stay but the twins insisted on going back to their childhood town where they grew up in.
Bella sat in the front seat while their dad, Charlie sat in the driver seat as they passed through the woods.
Y/N rubbed his eyes as he took in the view.

It was the twins first day at their new high school.
The day went by slow as usual...until lunch...

Soon it was time for Y/N to go to class.

He could barely focus because he kept looking over and catching the male look at him.
Finally just before the bell rang, Edward jumped up and ran towards the door.
Y/N thought he had smelled bad or something, but he always takes two showers a day and always carries cologne or deodorant...
Y/N planned on confronting him... but the days went on and he hadn't shown up for two weeks.
Y/N walked in and received a smile from the guy.
E:hey I never got to introduce myself...I'm Edward Cullen...
Y/N:I'm Y/N Swan...
The bell rang and Edward motioned at the microscope.
E:ladies first...
Y/N rolled his eyes playfully and he took the lense and looked in.
Edward easily named the sample and finally Y/N brought it up:
Y/N:You were a no show for two weeks...
His eyes widen slightly and he says calmly.
E:I was out of town...personal reasons...
The class seemed to go on and it was after school.
Y/N was by his and Bella's car gathering some things and making sure he had everything he needed to go home while Bella chatted with her friends.
When he looked over across the lot at Edward.
He suddenly heard a screech and seen a black van heading towards him.
Y/N ducked knowing this was the end.
Suddenly he felt someone behind him and looked over to see Edward.
The car swerved at them and he slammed his hand against the door making sure it wouldn't hit the smaller boy.
Y/N and Edward looked into each other's eyes when he hopped over Y/N's trunk as the crowd rushed to check on Y/N.
At home Charlie was worried about Y/N but Y/N was more worried about how and why Edward saved him more than almost dying in the parking lot.
The Next Day...
Y/N spotted Edward in the hall and caught up to him.
Y/N:Hey Edward...
E:hi Y/N...
Y/N:How did you save me?
E:what do you mean?
Y/N:you were all the way across the lot by your car...how did you get to me so fast?
E:Y/N i was right next to you...you must have hit your head...
Y/N:I know you weren't next to me...
E:Well either way if I was across the lot....no one would believe you...
He said kind of cockily making Y/N glare at him slightly.
E:Is that how you thank me?
Y/N snaps out of it.

Edward smiles and the bell rings making them instantly head to class.
E:Your not gonna give it up will you?
He says as they enter.

After School...
Y/N continues talking with Edward when he says.
E:we shouldn't be friends...
He says walking with Y/N.
Y/N:You should have figured that out a little sooner... Why didnt you just let the van crush me, and save yourself the regret...

Y/N just glared at Edward when he was snapped out of it by Alice.
A:hi!um are you gonna be riding with us?
Alice asks as Edward steps towards the door to the empty bus.

The next day Y/N reached to get an apple at lunch when it fell over.

He turns to go on the other side of the food trays.
