Several Years Earlier...
Y/N yawns as he awakes from his bunker.
The young boy slipped on his robes and opened the door, Master Koon stood outside and said,
"Hey Y/N...I could use your assistance in something..."
"What is it Master Koon?", the young boy asks rubbing his eyes tiredly.
Master Plo Koon moves aside and reveals a young Togruta girl, she looks up at the slightly older male smiling shyly.
"Master...Is she a new youngling?", Y/N asks.
"Precisely...I want you to assist in training her...", Master Koon says.
"But master...I'm a young padawan myself...", Y/N says.
"Go on Y/N...show her your lightsaber...", Plo Koon says as he lifts the girl up on his shoulder.
Y/N does as he's told, inviting them in and letting the two sit on his bed as he pulls out the Lightsaber hilt.
He flicks it backwards, taking a reverse grip on it as he opens it quickly, taking his stance.
The young girl smiles saying,
"Woah! I want to be like you when I grow up!", she says admiring the Pink Lightsaber.
Y/N smiles and says,
"Master Koon...have you ever taken care of a child before?"
"Oh no...that's the other reason I came to you...would you mind taking care of her for a while...check up on her during classes and all that?", Master Koon asks.
"Yes sir...I'll raise her as my sister...", Y/N says smiling.
"Careful Y/N...Jedi shouldn't have personal connections to each other...", Master Koon says as he exits.
Y/N turns to the girl and asks,
"So...what is your name young one?"
"Ahsoka...Tano!", she says smiling up to him.
"Well Ahsoka...you have a lot to learn...and I'll make sure to teach you everything I know...How about we go to the Mess hall and get you some rations?", Y/N asks smiling.
She nods excitedly.
A few clones stand at the doorway as Y/N sits at the table with the young one and hands her a tray.
"Come on...eat this tasty food!", He says smiling down at her.
Suddenly, the young clone joins their table.
"Hey there rookie...who's this little munchkin...", Rex says smiling as he removes his helmet.
"Ahsoka, this is 7567, better known as Rex...he's a clone, a soldier just like the rest of us...", Y/N says.
"Woah...so you mean there's like a thousand of you?", Ahsoka asks smiling.
"Well...over 5000 but who's counting?", Rex says smiling.
"Rex...tell her about that time you saved me on Naboo from that horrid beast...", Y/N says encouragingly.
"Aw.. it was nothing...just my duty as Clone...anyways I better head back to my post...Wouldn't want to worry any of the others...", Rex says saluting a goodbye.
As the two Jedi walk down the corridor to Y/N's room, Ahsoka looks up to him.
"Y/N...do you and Rex...like each other?", she asks smiling.
"Well...Us Jedi aren't supposed to be in love with others, or care for others deeply...", Y/N says as he sees Kit and Aayla walk by them.
"Well I care for you a lot! You're like a big brother to me! Do you care about me? Will I still be a good Jedi?", she asks looking up.
"Ahsoka...I care about you a lot too...but these feelings won't define how good of a Jedi you'll be...one day you'll be even better than me...and you'll even find yourself an official master...", Y/N says smiling.
