Previously on Kindling Romance...
"Y/N, would you make me the happiest guy and go to the Yule Ball with me?", Cedric asks.
"Yes! Of course I'll go with you!", the smaller male says as he wraps his arms around the taller.
Now...
It was the night before the yule ball and Y/N was getting his suit adjusted with Mrs.Diggory and McGonagall.
"You know dear, I remember the year your mother and father went to the Yule Ball...your mother had these gold fabrics sewn into her dress...would you like them sewn into your suit?", She asks as she motions at Y/N's pure white suit.
"I think that's a great idea!", Y/N says.
"Very well, I shall take these clothes back to my quarters with me and have them back to you in the morning...", She says.
"You're gonna look so handsome Y/N! I just know your mother would be so proud of you right now...", Mrs.Diggory says.
Cedric knocked and asked,
"Is it safe to steal Y/N from you yet?"
Mrs.Diggory and McGonagall chuckle to each other and motion Y/N to go.
Y/N walks out the door and his lips are instantly met with Cedric's as he shuts the door behind him.
"Down boy", Y/N said playfully as Cedric smiled excitedly.
"Sorry, I just can't wait for the Yule ball tomorrow...I just know you'll look so handsome ", He says.
"Well I know you're gonna look extra sexy as always...", Y/N says.
"Well come on now, we have to get as much shut eye as possible before it starts", Cedric says.
That night once they got to their dorm, Cedric proposed a crazy idea.
"Why don't we head down to the muggle world to your house...we could officially move your stuff in", Cedric asked.
Y/N looked at the time, half past 5.
"I dunno...", Y/N said.
"Come on we'll be back by half past ten...", Cedric said smiling.
He led them down a few halls and out the front gates of Hogwarts.
Soon they ended up at a shopping center not too far from Y/N's home.
"Okay, where are we going?", Y/N asks.
"Well you need furniture...come on!", he says.
He leads them down aisles of furniture until Y/N's eyes lay on a queen sized bed with (favorite/color) sheets.
"This has got to be the most beautiful bed I've ever seen...", Y/N says as he tries it.
"Excuse me ma'am how much for this one?", Cedric goes to ask.
An older woman walks by and scoffs.
"Huh, you rascals need to stay in yer' own lane...talk about wannabe adolescents...", she mutters.
"Sorry ma'am did you say something?", Y/N asks.
"Why don't you go buy me a pack of smokes? Run along now little boy...", She says.
"I'll have you know me and my husband are foreigners from...America, he's an important member of congress and they will not be happy to hear about this!", Y/N says.
Cedric looks to him then gives her a stern look.
"What is your name madam...you're interfering with official business...", Cedric says firmly.
"Oh...my apologies you two...", she says as she anxiously walks away.
Y/N and Cedric chuckle.
Cedric leads him down a few more streets and his eyes lay on a store, the name of it was XXXFUNTIMEXXX ADULT STORE...
Y/N gulped.
"Oh come on...here I have an idea...", he says.
The clerk behind the register sees an older looking Cedric and an older looking Y/N walk into the store.
Cedric wears a red sleeveless hoodie and Y/N wears a pair of cute little booty shorts and a pair of cat ears.
"Hey fellas how may I help you?", the clerk asked.
"Yeah me and my fiance are looking to buy sex toys...", Cedric began.
Y/N's face turned red and he nodded.
"Well you've come to the right place...", The clerk said as he began leading them around the store.
Soon they had gotten back to Y/N's house and everything was coming together.
"Hey whats this?", Cedric asks holding Y/N's Polaroid camera he had stolen from his cousin.
"OH its just my old Polaroid...", Y/N says.
"Well come on! Let's take a few pictures...", Cedric said as he led him to a blank white wall.
After a few goofy pictures, Cedric pressed his lips against Y/N's and snapped a photo.
"Perfect...", Cedric said as he examined the wall hung up with string and clothes pins holding the Polaroids.
"OH shoot its eleven o'clock! We have an hour to get home!", Y/N said.
"Better get a move on then...", Cedric says.
The following night Cedric meets Y/N.
Y/N smiles at his black suit and says.
"You look so handsome!"
Cedric looks to his white suit with gold embroidering and says,
"You look stunning..."
(A/N:So I've read up on the internet somewhere, If Cedric were to survive, a number of things were to happen,
1. Harry wouldn't have nightmares
2. Ron could have possibly turned into the next Voldermort.
3. He could have possibly chosen Hermione over Ginny and as much as I love HermionexRon and GinnyXHarry I've always wanted to see that...so here it is...)
After a few minutes...
Y/N laughs as he and Hermione share a few laughs, then Harry steps out.
Harry had asked Hermione to be his date to the yule ball dance, leaving Ron with no one.
Y/N looked around the room and seen Ron glaring at the two and sighing, then McGonagall grabs Cedric and Harry's arms and say,
"Okay everyone! The dance is going to start soon...get your partners..."
Cedric and Y/N link arms and soon they have to move forward.
Y/N examines the rooms, no other same sex couples besides them.
He faces Cedric and the music starts.
Cedric takes Y/N's waist and they begin moving with the music.
He can't help but notice Cho-Chang and a few girls snickering at Y/N.
"I told you Cedric's not the bottom!", one says.
"You really think Y/N could top that?", another says.
Cedric twirls Y/N around and pulls him closer and whispers,
"Don't worry about them...they're just jealous of how good you look.."
Y/N smiles and says,
"You're not too bad yourself..."
After a bit of dancing they manage to capture the moment with a kiss.
There's a small click and Hagrid smiles as he reveals a moving picture of the two leaning in for the kiss.
Cedric smiles and thanks Hagrid while Y/N examines the photo.
On the white border it says, "And Many More Nights Like This..."
He looks up to Cedric and smiles as he leads him away from the big room and into a side room where he finds a do not disturb sign.
