Only in the cold start of November did Ron and Hermione begin to suspect something odd was happening whenever Harry and Haven would escape the common room together. Whilst most students were planning their Hogsmeade trip for next weekend, Ron and Hermione were whispering to each other about Harry and Haven, trying to make sense of what was going on.
Ron was convinced they were secretly shagging, like some other students they confided in. Hermione was sure Harry would tell them if he found someone to share such an intimate experience with. Ron countered that Harry kissed around during the three-month break too, so maybe shagging wasn't such an intimate experience for him. Hermione mistook Ron's casualty as his way of saying shagging in general wasn't an intimate experience which led to another one of many bickerings.
Harry rolled his eyes at the two as he joined the two at the Gryffindor table for breakfast. Haven wasn't down for breakfast yet as Harry immediately noted when he walked in. She probably overslept again, they came back from the Room of Requirement pretty late the night before. Harry slept in too, though he did think about waking up in time for Defence Against the Dark Arts.
"Harry, sit down," Hermione immediately said when she saw him approach.
Harry raised his eyebrows at Ron, as if asking him what he did to make her this irritated, but sat down across from them.
"Would you agree that shagging is an intimate experience?" Hermione asked him, her lips pursed in annoyance with her boyfriend.
"God, Hermione, I don't want to talk about whatever you two do in the bedroom, honestly," Harry groaned, scrunching his face up in disgust.
"I don't mean Ron and me," Hermione quickly said, before adding, "necessarily,"
Harry let out another groan as he buried his head in his arms.
"No - no, I mean, shagging in general," Hermione rolled her eyes.
Harry lifted his head to look back up at her with the most 'are you serious?' expression there ever was.
"Why would you possibly ask me this?" Harry sighed out in frustration before sitting up straight again. His head immediately turned to the entrance of the Great Hall when he saw someone enter from the corner of his eye. It wasn't Haven.
"Just answer her, she'll never let this go and I'll have to listen to it all day," Ron told Harry, quickly dodging Hermione's hand that came for the back of his head.
Harry rolled his eyes, internally groaning. "I guess, a little intimate, maybe,"
Hermione triumphantly looked at Ron who seemed like he really couldn't care less.
Overcoming the urge to get up and sit somewhere else, Harry took some toast and the jar with jam. Haven wasn't down yet to save him anyway, so he just had to suffer through Ron and Hermione's bickering or snogging.
"Where were you last night?" Hermione suddenly inquired.
Harry wasn't aware that she was asking him, assuming she minded Ron's whereabouts late at night but he soon remembered that it was him who wasn't in the Gryffindor dormitories like he was supposed to be.
"Er -" Harry looked up from his breakfast with slightly widened eyes. "Common room. Couldn't sleep,"
"We looked, you weren't -" Ron started but Hermione already interrupted.
"We know you went away with Haven," She confessed, sitting up straight and eying at Harry with a look laced with concern.
Harry looked from Hermione to Ron and back. He wasn't sure what to say. He was pretty sure they already assumed Haven and him were up to some freaky business wherever they went but they never actually spoke to him about it.
