"Come on, just jump on my back,"
"You can't hold me,"
"Did you not see my Quidditch muscles? Plus, you're almost the size of a house-elf,"
Haven hit Harry's shoulder whilst a playful grin stretched over Harry's face.
Exiting the Room of Requirement turned out to be harder than they expected. The moment Haven stood up from the couch to get their clothes from the floor, she toppled back over, right into Harry's arms.
It had taken every little ounce of self-control Harry could muster to hold his laughter back but Haven had spotted the amused gleam in his eyes and hit his arm anyway. After helping Haven put her clothes back on, Harry had received a couple of other playful hits to his chest but the smugness of knowing that he was the one who did this to her never faltered.
"I can walk fine," Haven protested.
Harry's eyes flickered over the hand Haven held up to the wall to keep her upstanding. She tried to play it off as casual but she was quivering on her legs.
"You look like Bambi first learning how to walk," Harry told her with the same grin he'd proudly showed off all morning.
"Who is Bambi?" Haven asked, narrowing her eyes at him as she tried to figure out if he was insulting her or not. "Your other secret child?"
"You literally took my first," Harry reminded her, not letting the blush rise to his cheeks. "Last night. It's practically impossible,"
"I don't know," Haven shrugged. Her hands slipped from the wall for a moment but she steadied herself, sending Harry a proud look before the teasing glint in her eyes made its usual appearance. "After seeing you with Teddy I bet lots of people would want to make you their child's godfather,'
This time Harry couldn't help the blood that rushed to his cheeks. Sometimes about Haven complimenting his godfather skills made him warm inside, but he wasn't sure if it was the compliment or the fact that it came from Haven.
"Don't change the subject," Harry quickly intervened.
"I'm not,"
"Yes, you are, now get on my back,"
Reluctantly, Haven finally let Harry carry her back to the Eighth-years common room. Haven nearly screamed when Harry kept going when they reached the staircase of hell but they managed to get up safely.
Only when Harry carried Haven up the stairs to the Gryffindor boys' dormitories with him, did they find out about the time. They stayed in the Room of Requirement until eleven o'clock which meant they missed breakfast.
"I'm sure we can ask the house-elves in the kitchen for food," Harry suggested as he changed into a new sweater, tossing the one he was wearing since the day before in the laundry basket.
Haven was searching through Harry's trunk for a sweater she could secretly steal. She opted for a sweater she had seen him wear countless of times. It was even a little too big for him so Haven could practically drown in it. It was perfect for a relaxed day like that.
Harry had put his spectacles on his nightstand as he went to wash his face, so Haven noticed when she sat down on Harry's bed. With a mischievous grin, she took them from the nightstand and put them on.
"Hey, I can actually see pretty good with these," She said surprised. With a tilted head, she glanced through the room which was a little out of focus but Haven could still read most of the text on Dean Thomas's football posters.
Harry walked back in from the bathroom whilst pulling his new sweater over his head and trying not to stumble into any of the furniture. "I think that means that you need a pair of those yourself,"
