Moon Jo's POV-

Quietly sat on my bed, I keep my gaze forward as seemingly never ending thoughts continue to race through my head.

~ Flashback ~

"As much as you may have wanted to believe it in the moment, you were never her savor Moon Jo. You were her captor. One who had no issue with taking a life, several at that. You've realized this, haven't you?" Dr. Jong-Woo asks.

~ Flashback end ~

Lowering my gaze, I bite the inside of my lip again as I try my best to ignore those words.

Yet more thoughts only grew stronger.

~ Flashback ~

"With all that in mind, do you still believe you loved her? ...Do you still believe you were even capable of loving her?" He asks, narrowing his eyes at me.

"Because you weren't-"

Shutting my eyes tightly, I grip my shaking hands on the edge of my bed as I lower my head.

My love for Y/n...everything I felt for her...it was real.

The happiness I once felt with my mother...I was able to relive with her.

That I know, and I refuse to let anyone say otherwise.

Inhaling deeply, I rip myself away from those thoughts as I look over at Jae-hyun.

He was laid on his bed, sleeping as peacefully as anyone could in this shithole.

That is until the door down the hall bursted open, instantly grabbing my attention and ripping Jae-hyun out of his sleep.

Hearing footsteps approaching quickly, I get up out of bed just as a woman suddenly appears in front of my cell.

"Moon Jo." She says, looking up as me as Jae-hyun gets out of his bed too.

"You have a visitor." She says quickly, almost as if she was in a panic.

Coming up to the glass, the woman motions for a guard to open my cell, the look of worry in her eyes growing stronger as she looked up at me.

Breaking away from her gaze, I look over at Jae-hyun to see the same confused look I had on my face as well.

Was is Min Ho...again?

The guard then comes up to my cell and takes out his keys.

"To the wall." He says sternly.

Quickly looking over at him, I gaze back at Jae-hyun before turning around and walking over to the wall.
