Y/n's POV-

Laid quietly on your bed as your mother talked with the nurse by the door, you turned your attention towards the window, looking out at all the nearly bare trees.

You couldn't help but wonder where Moon Jo could be, and how he was handling all of this..

You hadn't noticed that your mother finished talking with the nurse until the door closed, snapping you out of your thoughts as your mother came up to your bed

"Looks like everything went smoothly with your transfer." She says with a forced smile as she sighed

You nod as you sit up, slightly wincing at the pain from your wound

Your mother sits in the chair besides your bed as you speak up

"When is the transfer?" You ask in a weak voice, looking back at her

"Later today they say. There is a medical team there as well so you'll still be treated properly for your wound." She replies

"How long will I have to stay there?" You ask

Your mother sighs
"It all depends on your recovery." She says

You look away from her as you lean back, slightly sighing

"Hey" She says, gently grabbing your hand and causing you to look back at her
"Everything will be okay now. This is the first step." She says calmly

"Everything was already okay." You reply lowly towards her, trying your hardest to keep yourself together

Your mother only looks down as she breathes in deeply

"I know it looks different, and I'm not forcing you to believe me, but you need to know that everyone is wrong about this.." you say sincerely as you look at her

"Y/n...he could have killed you-" she starts

"But he didn't!" You shout back

Your mother deeply exhales as she looks back down

That's when a you hear a knock at the door, followed by it opening and revealing the nurse now walking inside

"Hello Y/n, how are you feeling?" The nurse says as you turn your attention to her with a small sigh

"I'm fine." You sniffle

The nurse looks over her clipboard as she comes over to your bedside

"Well, looks like you're all set and ready to be transferred. I know it may seem a little sudden, but you're surprisingly one strong girl. You've recovered so much in your time being here." She says with a smile

You force a smile back

"Are you nervous at all?" She asks

"..should I be?" You ask

"No not at all" she chuckles warmly
"I know many amazing workers at this home, they will take good care of you I promise" she says

"Great." you reply, forcing another smile

"Do you have questions about the home at all?" She asks

You shake your head no

"Alright, well I'm going to get your release papers I'm order and I'll be back soon with some clothes for you to change in." She says as she smiles at both you and your mother, then exits the room
