"I already marked you. You are mine from now on whether you like it or not."
"Hindi mo pa nga ako nililigawan." I said. He smiled and sat properly in front of me.
"Say yes to me now and i'll court you for the rest of my life." He held my hands and look straight right in to my eyes.
"Are you really serious?" I asked him. "Seryoso naman ako pag dating sa iyo."
Wala akong nasagot at napakagat nalang ako sa lower lip ko.
"Don't worry hindi mo kailangan sumagot sa ngayon. Hindi naman kita minamadali." He smiled at isiniksik ang sarili niya sa akin. His arms are wrapped around me and it feels like home.
I'm really glad that chad is very considerate. Hindi niya ako pinepreasure even though he keeps on saying that i'm only his. And about what i feel about him, i don't really know if this is a different level of love than just friends. Hindi ko alam kung mahal ko na si Chad in a way na siya ang gugustuhin kong makasama habang buhay o love lang as a friend.
All i know is that i'm happy and i feel safe when i'm with him. He even gave me a hickey and i supposed to be mad but i'm not because i know to myself that i wanted that too. But i can't really think of it right now dahil magulo pa sakin ang lahat dahil sa problema sa amin ni Jack.
Di ko nalang namalayan na chad already fell asleep habang yakap yakap ako and his face is resting on my chest. I stare at his face and i wonder if chad feels the same when i'm with him and i'm not talking about love, i'm talking about me being his home.
The rain is still falling and the thunder is still rumbling pero hindi ko na napansin iyon. Everything is changing when chad is around.
Chad makes every single thing better.

Nagising ako na wala ng naririnig na ulan o kidlat. All i can hear is the wind from the outside and the waves.
Kinusot ko ang mata ko at nilibot ang mata sa buong kwarto pero wala na si chad. Where is he?
I checked the room next to mine and chad isn't there too. Nag simula na tuloy akong mataranta.
"Chad?" But no one is answering.
Bumaba ako at wala padin siya doon. Kahit sa kusina at sala ay wala siya. Where could he be?
Iniwan niya na ba ako dito?
Napaupo nalang ako sa pag ka dismaya. Asan ba ang lalaking iyon at kung ano ano tuloy ang pumapasok sa isip ko.
"Good morning. Why are you so early? Wala pang alas otso." I turn around and saw chad holding some eggs.
"Bat mo ako iniwan?" I ask him. Kunot ang noo ko and i pouted. Hindi ko alam kung tama ba na ganito ang asta ko sa kaniya but i don't care. I really hate it when I don't see the person who slept next to me last night in the morning.
"Huh? I just bought some eggs and taho for you." Inabot niya sa akin iyong baso na may tofu and boba. This is one of my favorites at hindi ko na maalala kung kailan ko ito huling nainom.
"Wala ka sa tabi ko noong magising ako." I don't really know why i'm acting up this way eh hindi naman kami.
He smirked. "Namiss naman ako agad."
