The chamber to your door creaked open just a fraction. You looked at through tear stained eyes and saw Inuyasha leaning against the door with a dark expression.

"I-Inuyasha what are you doing here?" He spoke in a very hushed tone. "Come with me...I want to talk on a private spot about all that's happened."

You found it suspicious but blinded by severe heartbreak you listened and followed his lead. He kept a slow pace so you wouldn't trip on your long nightgown.

Past the safety of your mansion and down a dirt road that came to a ship dock. "Why are we at the beach?"

He said nothing but stared out at the ocean ahead. "Inuyasha?"

You took a step forward and that' s when he whistled. Men and women emerged from all sides, two burly men restrained your arms. "What is this?!"

"Quick before she can use her fire!"

Inuyasha bit his finger as some blood dropped onto a talisman and was placed on your chest. You felt a constricting flow of energy suffocate the flames under your skin.

"Inuyasha what is the meaning of this?!"

He said nothing but another voice answered. "Your getting what's coming to you."

You'd recognise him anyday, "Gichii."

"You can't bring harm to us anynore witch. Your going to be trapped in the ocean floor forever."

Your eyes widened. "No! No you can't!"

If you were to be sealed in water your powers would instantly want out. The insatiable hunger for a release you could not fulfill would be painful.

You'd be a prisoner inside your own body. "And it'll be all thanks to Mr. Inuyasha over here."

You stared at Inuyasha's back. "You did this? You planned this?!"

He did not answer.

"Look at me you coward!"

He only slightly turned his head, "all that talk about loving me! Telling me I wasn't a monster and that you weren't scared of me!"

Gichii rolled his eyes, "alright chuck her in."

You said nothing as they took you to the end of the dock. It was no use to struggle without your fire you were powerless.

But something mean and ugly wound itself around your heart. As they prepared to throw you in, you managed to get a good look into his eyes.

Your features filled with hate. You promised you'd get revenge on all of them. But him most of all.

"You're a damn fool."

You felt the sudden coolness splash around your body. Screaming out as bubbles escaped your throat, sinking down into the deep.

The people laughing above a distant noise and blurry images. Your fire was flat, no flicker that it stilled.

Darkness finally greeted you at the bottom. To the boy you'd given everything to, would be the boy you'd take everything from.

The white wolf with unbelievable blue eyes watched on in great rage. But he could do nothing but wait to free his mistress at the right time.

Inuyasha didn't know if what he'd done was right but Gichii gave him a pat on the back. "Well done partner you did a good thing!"

"Yeah...right."

Gichii went on, "she was a bitch and whore she didn't deserve those powers."

Inuyasha spoke. "You can stop talking."

"Hm? you feel guilty don't you? Well you're the dunce."

His temper emerged. "What?"

Gichii chuckled. "You were tricked boy! Without you we could have never cut the bitch."

"But the fire!"

"It's not hard to take a piece of her fire and use it. Piythus has the special ability to mimic others powers for a bit, even that of a god."

Inuyasha could not believe what he was hearing. He'd let his insecurities be the judge of his decisions, of his common sense.

Gichii's laughter was testing his sanity. "You damn prick!"

Inuyasha intentionally raked his claws across the man's face. Blood flew like bubbles off his nails as Gichii screamed.

Inuyasha ran off as his brain was scrambled with immense guilt. He had just wrongfully sealed you away. He wanted to cry but he was too sick to do so.

He ended up being the bad guy. Evil in other words.

Sleep strayed from sight that night and his conscious was unhealthy. So to heal his mental and physical health the only way his body knew how was to suppress them. Going even further to cause slight amnesia.
