The mission was simple...sneak into Abigail's room, locate and then "borrow" her songbook, write down the song, and return the book to its proper location without her noticing!

Easy right? 🤣😂😅 — Nope! Not At All!

Why? Well for clarification on how challenging the task is...is that Niffty's never even been in her room!

Abigail's particularly strict about cleaning and dusting her own room.

Abigail was constantly looking over her shoulder and as the old saying goes, "you can't hide anything from a mother" well it's based in truth.

Niffty knew her room was off limits. So for the one eyed demoness to just ask her out of the blue...was suspicious. The Little Darling was dusting the same spot by the closed door for about a minute after asking her if the room needed dusting.

"Niffty...you know that I'm in charge of dusting my own room?" She arched a quizzical brow and smirked with a hawk-eyed stare. "Why so eager hmm? Looking for something?"

"...Nope! Bye!" Niffty zoomed down the hall and Abigail shook her head while tapping her fingers like a drum against her arm.

"Curious..."

Niffty zoomed into Alastor's room and saw Josephine writing away on a song of her own making. "I panicked! Why did you ask me? I likely just ruined your plans!"

"Niffty sweetheart relax. That's a part of the plan. I don't necessarily want her going into that blind to the truth. And the sadistic side of me wants to see where Alastor inherited his paranoia from? Call it revenge...at the source."

"Where's Mister Alastor?"

Josephine smiled softly as she wrote another stanza. "Out smelling the roses with Charlie. Amos even joined them. The demoness was persistent about getting him and Amos outside and proactive in the Hellish world again. Charlie said that Amos hasn't been properly aquatinted with his son's domains and to that they're going to gather Roses for Mardi Gras before heading to the Radio Station. Meanwhile I tasked Cthulhu Jr. and Cherri Bomb to help boobytrap the perimeter in case Val-ass-tino gets any bright ideas to send his subordinates to spy on us."

Alastor wasn't afraid of the demons that gave him the old stink-eye, despite his notoriety none dared to attack him. He was enthusiastically listening to Charlie telling him all about how her mother was the one who named the flowers...meanwhile Amos walked five paces behind them.
