The next morning Abigail was in a family therapy session with the spider siblings and Cherri Bomb. Amos was helping Mimzy out with Music Studio with Charlie while Josephine stayed bedridden and was as irritable as a angry alley cat while Rasim and Miruku helped her to not be bored by telling her stories of their past life...

Josephine lowered her teacup and blinked in bewilderment and a softly spoken joy. "You both raised a child together?"

Miruku smiled. "Yes, he was an orphaned stowaway from Spain..."

Rasim chuckled softly as he plopped a pitted cherry into his mouth. "Little scamp bit so many sailors that day on the docks after he was found inside of an empty barrel, of what had previously been preserved foods, which he had eaten during the trip. He was a slippery little scamp...I blame the olive oil he spilled on him in his haste to get away, and evaded capture by running into the port-city before my crew could intervene..."

Miruku smiled softly with a hint of humor in her eyes. "You were obsessed with finding him and had sent Imaad and the twins back to our home four towns away without you. The twins claimed that you, Farouk who was a newly formed member of the crew, and Leonidas were trying to take in another stray."

"Ha! So that's why the twins always referred to him as a stray? Well he certainly acted like a stray...definitely a stray cat over how much he tried to bite and claw at us with his long fingernails."

"You men and your bleeding hearts. You just couldn't leave him behind, honestly I don't blame you at all for that compassion but I wonder what must have Farouk thought about all of that? Not even a minute in Greece after his first trip as the newest member of the crew and he's already chasing another person while everyone around him are just acting like it's a normal everyday occurrence for you? He must've been questioning your sanity Rasim?"

"Ha! Farouk was just as intrigued about him as we were in finding him. The little scamp kicked me in the groin, gave Farouk a black eye, and punched Leonidas in the chin before finally calming down once Leonidas started speaking to him in Spanish..."

Meanwhile...

Leonidas and Farouk were in a debrief with Lucifer, Lilith, Vincenzo, and Frederick Von Eldritch about the mission last night.

The discussion about the mysterious informant Leonidas met with in Envy's Chinatown was something Frederick Von Eldritch refused to talk about in great detail. It was suspicious that not even Lucifer and Lilith were aware of this particular informant and the physical descriptions of the demon alone were not so easy to ignore.

Vincenzo arched a brow. "You said he was dragon-like?"

Leonidas scoffed. "The brat had a dragon's tail, black horns, and breathed green fire. No wings, but he easily could've kept them hidden like how Lilith or Lucifer hides their own wings. The dragon-like abilities he possesses are pretty startling though..."

Frederick was quick to voice his opinion on the matter. "It's Chinatown! Many reptilian based demons reside there! It's not like he's related to the Dreads simply because he looks like a 🤬 dragon!"

Farouk arched a brow. "I don't believe Leonidas said he was related to the Dreads at all Mr. Von Eldritch?"

Farouk had tried to get Frederick Von Eldritch to crack under the pressure but the Prince of Envy was a master at a neutral pokerface.

"He is not a threat, I can assure you of that Farouk. As I've informed the King and Queen prior to this meeting—the nature of his work, his name, and even his origins will be strictly confidential and highly classified between myself and him. Until the time he deems it necessary to make it known to you all I'd suggest you leave it be! Furthermore he's not playing us for fools, so I suggest you respect his wishes and Trust My Judgment." His sharp eyes shifted towards them all before landing on Farouk. "And I'd remember exactly who it is you're trying to interrogate information out of boy. I'm not called 'The Demon with the Mind of a Steel Trap' for nothing. Don't Insult My Status Or Yourself With Continuing This Pathetic Attempt Of Mockery Upon Us Both!"
