"I'm here with the case." I inform the guard who was stood in front of the bosses door. He didn't budge nor did he reply, he just scoffed. I pull my gun out and point it at his face, "Okay you son of a bitch, I know i'm a woman and I seem 'weak' but don't always believe what society claims" I raise my voice at him which clearly threw attention towards me since the door swung open to the office.

"Daniel, I told you to let anyone with a case in!" he roared at him, "I thought it would've been a gu-" I cut him off mid sentence by shooting him in the knee cap. I step over the man on the floor as he whimpers and enter his office. Boss waved his hand, signalling for someone to get the guard out of here before shutting the door behind him.

I place the case gently onto the desk and plop down on the seat. "Well done Lilith, once again you've done incredibly well" he applauded as he took a look inside. His face drops, "Why is this empty?" his tone switches to angry. "WHAT?!" I bawled in disbelief as I twist the case. "That son of a bitch" I growl, "You didn't kill all of them?!" he raises his voice. "No! There was another guy from a different mafia after the same thing. He had the case before I chased him down and took it. He must have taken it out earlier," I scoffed in disbelief. "Who is this man?" he asked sharply and I threw him the dog tag.

"Malachai Deavy..." he mumbles as if he's trying to think. "British mafia" he confirms his thoughts confidently. "What do we do?" I question, "You fix your mistake" he emphasises the you. "How on earth will I manage that?" I roll my eyes.

"I don't know and quite frankly, I don't give a damn, you made a mistake, you'll fix it" he growled as I groaned loudly.

"What do you mean you didn't get it?!" my father slammed his fists on his desk. "There was this fucking girl, she-" I began explaining, "It was a GIRL?!" he interrupted, yelling. "Dad-" I start but get cut off again, "I AM YOUR BOSS, DO NOT REFER TO ME AS YOUR FATHER, UNDERSTOOD?!" He stood up, roaring at my face with such fury, such anger.

It took everything in me not to punch his fucking face.

"You will identify her through the system and then we will discuss further action" he announces, taking a puff from his cigar. I kept a lazy gaze on the man.

"Now get your ass out of here, you piece of shit" he growled, going back to his paperwork. I stand up and leave, stomping down the hallway.

This fucking woman ruined everything. Once I get my hands on her she'll be as good as dead.

"Was he hot?" My mum asks as me, her, my aunt and Maya sat in the living room. "I hate every man, none of them are attractive" I scoff, "Lesbian?" She asks. "Present! Well, bi but you get the point." My aunt lifts her hand up as we all giggle. "Yeah, we know that." Maya pats her back.

"Just making sure I get it out there." Auntie shrugs whilst taking a sip of the white wine. "Do you know his name?" Momma continues to dig, "Malachai Deavy" I reply nonchalantly. "Sounds hot." Aunt wiggles her eyebrows and I roll my eyes.

Josiah starts mumbling in his sleep and twisting himself around as he lay on Maya's lap. "Alright, I think that's my queue to leave before he wakes up and doesn't want to go again," Maya announces, slowly getting up to avoid waking Josiah up.
"Bye gals," she shout whispers as she starts leaving the living room. We all whisper a goodbye before she disappears into the darkness, followed by a bang to the door suggesting she left.
