I know that that moment at the carriage was what drew Leo to Bea, but I didn't want to take that whole moment away from her. It was badass, and I loved it. So, instead, they shared it.

Also, I wrote another chapter instead of working on my essay, so here you go.

Please don't be a ghost reader, I love to hear from you guys!

"Spike, there you are!" Clementine exclaimed as she approached her brother. "Well? How did it go?"

"Oh, come on, Clem? Do you really doubt my skills after all these years? Found her, of course," the boy laughed as he walked down the street.

A couple of days ago, Bea had come home from visiting her mother's grave with quite a strange story. Apparently, the man from 221B had approached her with a proposition. He and the man he lived with were private detectives and were asking for the assistance of the group of teens on his currents case.

He needed information from a girl - Susan Shipley. Babies were being kidnapped, and Susan was the older sister of one and had been in the room at the time. But had left home and hadn't been seen since.

And apparently, the man and his business partner had no time to look for missing teenagers.

So, that's where their little group came in. Bea normally would've ignored the man and left but as it turns out, he was offering something which they needed - money.

After Bea came back and told them, Spike got to work the next day in finding Susan. The boy had a way with people; there weren't many people who disliked the boy.

Clementine laughed, "Are you going to tell me how you did it?"

"Why show off my skills to one when I can tell you all?" Spike smirked as they approached Billy and Bea.
"Found her," he announced proudly. "She's staying above a cobblers on Brookwater Street in Clerkenwell."

"How did you find her?" Billy asked incredulously as he, Bea and Clementine began to follow Spike.

Spike began to explain as he walked, "You know Pete McGregor, the fishing wire guy? He owed me a favor for the time I found his dog on Clapham Common."

"Spike, you didn't find Pete McGregor's dog," Clementine interrupted with a laugh. "You dognapped the poor thing trying to impress that girl you were into who liked anials. Which, didn't even work out for you in the end, did it?"

"Clem, come on, he got the dog back, didn't he? Don't ruin my story," Spike laughed, giving his sister a light shove. "Anyway, he used to live in Bayswater, so I said 'Do you know Susan Shipley?' He said, 'Nah, mate. The only person I know down in Bayswater is me Auntie Aggie.'

"Auntie Aggie's house, it smells like piss and biscuits. Two hours she had me in there, waffling on. Then this big fella comes in who she said was the gardener. But they were definitely banging."
