Yeah sorry, that last chapter had filler vibes. This is the episode though where it's based around Sherlock. Either way, I hope you guys enjoy it.

Clementine had managed to go back to sleep after her nightmare, Spike trusting Leo to look after her. And he did. He laid by her side, running his fingers up and down her arm gently as she lay in his arms.
When she woke up, she looked down to realise that Leo had also draped his coat over her to keep her warmer throughout the night. Sitting up she slipped away, careful not to wake the boy up.
Looking down at him, she could see the blossoming purple bruises peeking out beneath his shirt which had the first few buttons undone. The curiosity became too much, and she reached forward and ever so carefully pulled down the front of his shirt slightly.
She wasn't able to pull it far, but she still couldn't see where the bruise ended. Something didn't make sense.
"Clem, what are you doin'?" Spike asked, watching his sister with confused eyes.
The girl quickly let go of Leo's shirt, falling back so that she wasn't leaning over him. "What? Nothing. I just- I wanted to see the bruises."
Spike sighed, "C'mon Clem, don't do this to yourself again. Give him time to tell you if it's something you need to know."
Clementine looked back down at Leo who was still sleeping peacefully. Turning back to her brother, she nodded and stood up. "You're right. I'm just worried. We both know that looks much worse than a fall, Spike."
He put an arm around her, walking them both away from the boy. "I know. Just give him some time and he'll be fine, just needs to rest a bit. Bea's gone back to Sherlock, Billy and I are gonna go run some jobs, can you keep an eye on Jess?"
"Yeah, of course," Clementine nodded, saying goodbye to her brother before heading over to Jessie's bed.
The girl sat away, sketching away in her book. The walls surrounding her bed were all covered in pieces of paper either covered in sketches or words. But either way, it all had to do with the Rip.
"Hey, Jess," she greeted softly, approaching the girl.
Jessie looked up from her sketchbook, smiling a bit when she saw Clementine. "Hey, Clem. Looks like you and Leo worked things out."
The girl looked over her shoulder in the direction of Leo, before turning back to Jessie and shrugging. "For the moment. But something is still wrong. Through the night I could feel him shifting around and he seemed really on edge."
"Well, I doubt that's because of you."
"Maybe," she sighed, sitting down beside the girl. "Enough about me though. How are you doing? Did the Linen Man visit you again last night?"
