Stay Fearless

I wake up around 5am and decide to kick start my day with a run, something I used to do on the daily before Bryan and I moved in together.
I slip out of bed leaving Bryan sleeping deeply beside me. His hair tussled all over the place.

I quickly change into some work out clothes and head out the room. I'd messaged Chris when I woke up to see if he wanted to come with me for a run and he agreed. It's probably a good thing as we need to catch up on the whole Isabella coming to LA.

I leave the house and walk down the gates to meet Chris.

Chris 'Hey Cookie' he shouts out to me at I reach the gate and type in the code.

Skylar 'Teddy, did you sleep good?' I ask as I set out the gate onto the footpath beside him.

Chris 'Around 2 hours, I was talking with Isabella for a few hours. Kinda lost track of time.'

I laugh and shake my head as we continue stretching. We start up our fitness trackers and slowly start jogging up the hill towards the trails up the mountain. This was going to be a hard run but I needed to start getting back into shape, Chris and I continue to talk as we make our way up the mountain.

Chris 'So how are things with you and Bryan since the whole 'Pregnancy' thing?'

Skylar 'We're good, he knows that it wasn't the time to say it but I shouldn't have over reacted. At least I know that if or when I get pregnant he will be happy about it..

Chris 'That's good.'

Skylar 'How is Isabella doing with getting ready to fly out she leaves in two days.'

Chris 'She is literally already packed, we are both super excited'

We reach the look out point on the mountain and sit down together on the beach catching our breath and taking in the view. The sun has started to rise and the orange and yellow glow from the sun basks LA in a tropical vibe. It almost takes me back to Hawaii vibes.

Skylar 'You know if Isabella is ready I could have the jet ready to depart tomorrow?' I say as I look over to Chris. He's watching the sunset facing away from me until I finish talking. When he finally looks over to me he breaks out into a wide smile. 'Really? That would be incredible. Let me call Isabella and I will call you.' I nod and then look down at my phone, looking at the screen as it rings. Bryan's name appears on the screen as 'Bubby'

Bubby 😈🥵 Calling

I smile and then answer the phone looking out over LA as Chris gets up to give Isabella a call i presume.

Bryan 'Baby, Are you okay?' He rushes out at me.

Skylar 'I'm fine, Chris and I decided to go for a run up the adventure trail by the house.'

Bryan 'Oh, I was worried when you weren't here when I woke up.'

Skylar 'Sorry I thought I'd be able to get back before you woke up. I'm safe my love.'

Bryan 'Maybe next time I can come on a run with you guys?'

Chris must have heard Bryan as he shouted 'I don't think so buddy. This is my time with Sky!' Bryan growls and laughs down the other end of line and it makes me smile.

Skylar 'Did I tell you my album drops today?'

Bryan 'You did princess, I'm so proud of you. Are you nervous?'

Skylar 'Yeah, Dropping singles is scary enough but a whole ass album -- especially this one.'

Bryan 'I know princess but your incredible and I already know that your fans, my fans, our fans are going to love your music.'
