Blissful Moments Interrupted

I am soaking in some of the much needed sun above us, the heat warming my skin with every passing minute. I am lost in this moment. It feels like a whole other lifetime since I have been able to feel this relaxed. My eyes are closed behind my large black sunglasses, making me feel a little sleepy. I'm just about to drift off into a sun dazed snooze when I am jolted forward in shock from loud screams coming from the entrance of of cabana. A group of fans had spotted us and somehow made it onto the private section of the beach.

Quinn 'Guys, you really need to calm down and take a couple of steps back. I know that you are excited but if you keep pushing, shoving and shouting our security team will end up making you leave.'

Girl 1 'I'm so sorry, we just saw you two walking down the beach and we immediately noticed who you guys are. We really just wanted to ask for a photo.'

Skylar 'It's fine, really we don't mind you just scared us both a little with the sudden screaming and shoving. How about you all introduce yourself with your name and something about you and then we can take some photo's together?'

Quinn 'We have little free time so make it worth it guys.'

Girl 1 - I'm Lilly, I am 17 and I was born and bread in Hawaii. The girl to my left is my younger twin sister.

Lilly points to shorter brown haired girl who is stood beside her. She smiles shly to us before opening her mouth to speak. Her voice higher than her sisters.

Girl 2 - I-I'm Rose, 17. I'm born and bread in Hawaii but I actually live out here now in Puerto Rico for school.

Quinn 'What are you studying?'

Rose 'I want to be a surfer. I'm sort of in a training boot camp to help me reach qualifiers standards.'

Skylar 'Sounds cool. We actually went surfing for the first time in Hawaii last month.'

Rose 'Really? Did you have fun? I know a lot of people find it super fun.'

Skylar 'We did. There is something so surreal about being out in the open waters riding a wave and feeling the wind through your hair.'

Rose 'Right. Lilly always laughs at me when I say that!'

Lilly 'What I have never surfed and it does sound a little coocoo.'

Rose & Quinn both shake their heads smiling in agreement. Whilst I let my gaze fall to the other two girls both seeming more reserved and shy in comparison to Rose and Lilly. Quinn notices my gaze and also brings her attention to the other girls.

Quinn 'What about you two?' she asked smiling and pointing to the other two girls standing between the middle of the group. The girl near the front with black hair smiles whilst twirling a lock of hair between her fingers. Her emerald green eyes locking with mine.

Girl 3 'Hi. I'm Hazel. I'm 18 and I'm actually from Australia.'

Skylar 'Your along way from Australia. What brings you out here?'

Hazel 'I actually moved to the US with my boyfriend who I later found out was a total dickhead. He cheated on me and whilst I probably should have just gone back home, I decided to just travel around and see what happens. I met Lilly in Hawaii and I have been hanging with her since.'

Quinn 'Sorry to hear about your ex. He clearly didn't deserve a Queen if he cheated. You deserve better than some man child anyways.'

Hazel smiles and nods her head in agreement to Quinn's supportive words. I smile at the interaction. It's so nice for fans to see this side of Quinn. In interview and such she would always have up her walls and never let anyone get close enough to see the real Quinn.
