Today marks the fourth anniversary of Ganon's defeat. A lot has happened since then. Before I returned to my role as queen, I cut my hair making its new length just above my shoulders. It was a reminder to myself that our lives had changed for the better. Well, that and it was consistently getting in my way. Plus, Link said he preferred it this way. Speaking of Link, after he recovered, he took some time to himself and lived with Aryll for about a year. Shortly after that, we started dating. Another year later, Link officially became a prince and the commander of the royal guard after our wedding. A few months later, we found out that we were going to be having our first child. However, nine months later, we discovered that there were two of them, a boy and a girl. Link became the best dad and husband that I could've ever asked for. Time went by fast with our two little troublemakers. Before we knew it, Prince Link (nicknamed "Sheik" after an old family friend) and Princess Zelda (following the law established eons ago) both turned one year old. Three months later, Aryll was set to visit us but something happened.
