Now the reason.

Till now 14 Family members of mine...YES, 14 MEMBERS of my family have been tested positive for COVIDIt sounds crazy but it's reality. It consists of both Paternal and Maternal families. I live in a joint family so the Paternal means a lot.

It has been Mayhem of Panic in my household as the situation in India is hidden from no one. The day I had informed about two close family members of mine being affected by it, the next day a few more reports came positive followed by a few more the following day.

As my family panicked I tried my best to write and I indeed did

'Chintan...' Pankhuri called out for her husband as she got up in the empty dark bedroom. She bit her lips and looked around while tucking the strand of her hair that had fallen from her messy bun.

She got out of the bed and slowly stepped towards the Bathroom, tip-toeing thinking him to be present in there. But as she walked closer she was welcomed by nothing but silence, she frowned.

'Where is he...'

Pankhuri thought to herself before waking out of the room without her sleepers. She flinched a little as the cold marble floors made a contact with her bare feet. Shrugging the goosebumps she walked out.

She moved towards the gym room, thinking he to be there as it was still six in the morning but to her surprise, he wasn't even there. Her frown deepened, waking up alone on the bed was something that she had gotten habituated by now because she had rarely seen Chintan sleep.

A few weeks back, before they went to the village, she had asked Chintan with a lot of courage about his sleeping issues to which Chintan had simply told her it was Insomnia.

Pankhuri was suddenly yanked from her thoughts as she heard a loud crashing sound. It was Chintan closing the main door. She peeked through the railing, that looked over the whole living area, Kitchen, and the main door, also including the door that leads to the rarely used terrace pool.
