A/N: So I am again back with a short and bad chapter. Please pardon me for that.

I wanted to publish this chapter as Chapter 83 Smoke but couldn't reach to that part.

I am sorry for that, I have some personal things going on right now.

I will RE-UPLOAD this chapter soon, and I promise it will move this story ahead a lot.

'So where are Chet, Piko, and Kaustu...I don't see them anywhere' asked Chintan, placing the coffee mug back on the Ottoman as he reclined back on the sofa, with his legs crossed together.

He looked in the direction of Tushar before looking at Indrani, who sat opposite and next to him respectively.

After a long heart-touching and tear-jerking moment between Indrani and Chintan, they had finally relaxed on the couches. Meeting her after long 6 months was something like someone lifting a heavyweight off his chest. He wasn't feeling completely light but a part of his soul was relaxed.

In these last 6 months, he had not met the Dewan Couple, except for one time when Chintan had to be rushed to the hospital due to some mishaps that had happened in the prison. Tushar was informed about it and he had rushed to see his son, alone. Not informing Indrani about it.

Indrani was really mad about it, but what needs to be done, has to be done, according to Tushar. Indrani smiled listening to him question about his brothers and sisters. She took a sip out of her coffee, as she opened her mouth to reply but not before smacking her lips feeling the sweetened coffee aftertaste.

She cleared her throat 'Chet and Piko are away for a meeting...' She slowed down while lifting her palm and swiveling it she pointed at Tushar while speaking softly 'As you can see Boss is in his leisure mode...' She giggled lightly as she noticed him roll his eyes but she composed herself and clearing her throat she continued 'and Kaustu is off for his Archery Practice and photography classes...all three of them won't be back before evening' She explained with a smile.

Chintan smiled back and nodded. He relaxed a little bit as everything fell into silence, not an awkward one rather a calming one. And only the slurping of coffee from all four of them can be heard.

Yes Four of them, Tushar, Indrani, Chintan, and little Miss Sunshine Devika Sarang, who sat on the third sofa, with one leg over the other.

Indrani too sat silently for a few moments, before all of a sudden her eyes fell on the wristwatch Chintan was wearing, a confused look and a frown appeared on her forehead which she hid abruptly as if something came into her mind. After a few more moments of silence, she started to adjust the pleats of her Saree before all of a sudden she opened her mouth.

'So Dev...how is the in-charge...is he all right...' Asked Indrani all of a sudden without looking in the direction of Devika who nearly choked herself on the coffee listing to this sudden question, as she sat on the third side of the sitting area. Both Tushar and Chintan looked at Devika with side eyes, trying to keep a straight face as she coughed while preparing herself to lie on the bomb Indrani dropped.

Her coughs slowed down while her heart raced, she gulped down, without matching her eyes with Indrani she opened her mouth 'ye-yeah...bua he is...fine...he fell down...haha...' She laughed awkwardly and weirdly while trying to act normal and at the same time not knowing how to act.

By just looking at her anyone can say She is a bad actor.

Indrani nodded while listening to her, as she bit the tip of her lips in an attempt to stop herself from smiling. 'Yeah...mmhhm...he is fine Bua, it was just an accident...' She lied and took the cup to her mouth to stop any other questions from her. With only one question her heart was racing and drumming hard inside her chest. She crossed her fingers hidden from Indrani hoping for no other question to be thrown at her.
