🐶Chintan kept on looking at Indrani with a flushed expression as she walked away with a smug yet reserved face.
The fact that she knew about the lie, just because of the watch really disappointed and flustered him. He pressed his lips together and hid his face behind his palm before announcing and launching him up from the sofa 'Bua...off to TD's office' and without even waiting for her response, he hopped on his legs before sprinting towards the stairs and up to the Study, followed by cute Sadie, and her never-ending wags and smiles.

'What did Varun say...'
Asked Tushar in his deep voice over the phone, while rummaging through the big bookshelf, behind the visitor's seat.
He ran his fingers through the bindings of the book, in search of a particular one, while he held the phone with his other hand, talking to Khanna (Tushar's head/Personal Bodyguard)
'No, he isn't speaking a single word about wherever Chintan was yesterday...' Khanna whispered standing in the staff's quarter, by the window. He stopped while rubbing his temples and looked over his shoulder only to find Varun smiling like an idiot showing all his teeth while looking at him, unblinkingly.
'Fucking Bawbag' Khanna murmured, rolling his eyes, and shaking his head.
Tushar chuckled listening to him curse. It was a rare thing for Khanna to lose his patience, after all, spending if not more, at least 30 years with Tushar and his shenanigans has given him enough patience for life to never run out off.
But guess, Varun was an exception.
Khanna has spent so many years with him, he always considered Tushar and family as his own, but Alas he never got to make his own family. He always placed Tushar in the number one spot on his priority list. Years back he had fallen for a girl, but the circumstances didn't allow them to be together.
She got married to someone else while Khanna stayed by Tushar. After her, he never got married. He too had a dream of having a family and a child. And Varun seemed like the kid he never got to have. Even though Khanna had never voiced it, but over the last 6 months, Tushar had seen him develop a fatherly behavior towards the boy. Same grumpy yet caring look on his face while around Varun, as he had slowly taught him things.
Tushar smiled as he heard Khanna ask like a father over the phone 'Varun...I am gonna hit you on the face, if you don't stop smiling, and tell me where the Fuck did you take Chintan to'
More like a violent Father (😆 Lol)
'KhannaJi-SirJi...I told you so many times...Chintan Sir Ji didn't take me anywhere...I waited for him in the pent-' Before Varun could complete a magazine came flying towards him from Khanna's, which Varun dodged by plopping to the floor and screaming in a very high-pitched manner.
