Chapter 4

Erza heard knocking on her door . She groaned and went to open the door . Their she found Fullbuster with coffee and a strawberry cheesecake . "Uhh sorry about yesterday .." Gray said blushing . Erza was about to slam the door when he put his foot on the opening . "Come on it was an accident !" gray said . She opened the door . She was serious as usual her hair was in her face . He came closer making erza confused and he tucked her scarlet hair behind her ear . "You have a beautiful face to be frowning " gray said . Erza looked at him . "So are we gonna stand out here ? or go to work ?" gray said . "Be right back " erza said and took the things and closed the door . She quickly grabbed her stuff and they went to in the elevator it was quiet and awkward "so what made you want I become a business person ?" gray said . "I don't do stories okay .. " Erza said . "Erza why are you so cold ?" gray said . " That's how I am okay " erza said not wanting to keep the conversation going . "Wouldn't it be better if you at least care a bit ?" gray said . "No " erza said she pressed the button again and again . The door finally opened . "You don't have to be heartless " gray said and with no words said erza walked out .

Erza though about what gray said . She was at her office not being able to work all cause his words . "It's not my fault .." Erza said she looked at herself in the mirror . It is her fault she shut herself out from the world not letting no one get near or in her heart she truly was heartless but it wasnt just her fault it was jellal . She shook her head . "Who cares what people think of you " erza said but she knew she did.

Gray took photos and stuff because he had a big assignment do . working to pay your stuff and everything is hard he can't wait to go back to his old life and never again will he make that mistake because he'll end up here again or even worse . He knocked in erza door. She didnt reply he opened it and she was working and didnt look up . "What do you want Fullbuster ?" erza said . "I came to give you the photo shoots " gray Said . "Oh um yeah wait a minute " erza said she quickly got up and wet somewhere making gray wait . Then she came back . "Okay let me see " she said . "It's in my flash drive " gray said . He went closer behind erza desk and she took it and plugged it in . They looked at the photo together . "You did a good job on this one " erza said pointing at it and he lean closer . That's when erza turned and their faces were so close, lips inches apart . They looked at each other and erza turned away . Gray pulled away . "Uhh thanks " gray said he rubbed his head . "I think you should get going .." Erza said . "Oh yeah right sorry !" gray said leaving . Erza looked down working again . "Oh and erza " gray said erza looked up . "Don't work to much you need a break " gray said and with that he left . Erza kept looking . She looked at her computer and then at him . She shook her head and still keep working .

2 weeks have passed and it hasn't been easy for gray .
Gray walked in the streets and into the cafe . " Good afternoon gray what brings you here again ?" Mira said . " I don't know I guess in bored " gray said . "Really there is Alot of fun stuff to do here !" Mira said . "Yeah but alone ?" gray said . "Ohh .. " Mira said she thought about it for a while then she smirked . "Why not ask erza ? " Mira said . " All she ever does is work ! " Gray said . "That is true " Mira said . That's when juvia came in . "Hey mira-chan I - " she blushed as she saw gray . "Hi juvia !" Mira said . "Who's your friend ?" juvia said sat down . "His name is Gray Fullbuster not to long ago he and here and is living here now " Mira said . "I think he's cute " juvia said looking at him . Gray chuckled . "Thanks " he said . "That's it gray you need to get to know this place better and you want someone to hang out with who better than juvia !" Mira said . Gray and juvia spent all day together juvia pulling him this way and that way making gray dizzy and they finally sat down in a bench . "I'm exhausted .." Gray said . "Uhh Alot of people tell me that " gray said . "No but is different you remind me of someone I don't know who I- "ILL GET US ICECREAM !" gray said . "I'd give anything to go back .." Gray said. Gray walked around town and saw Erza at a news stand . That's when he saw his picture . "Erza!" he called . "What is it ?" she said and turned . "Oh it's you " Erza said about to turn back . Gray didnt know what to do and he did what had accrued in his mind . He grabbed erza and hugged her . Erza blushed furiously struggling but gray wouldn't let her go . Gray blushed he never held erza before and let me tell you it was warm her scent was strawberries and her hair smell lovely gray didnt want to let go . Erza pushed him off and slapped him . "Whats wrong with you !" erza said and rushed away . Gray quickly bought all the news papers with him and ran to .

Erza rushed in her apartment . She shut the door quickly . She ran to the mirror and she was still blushing . She felt so warm when gray hugged her and she didnt know why he did it . She heard a knock at the door . She peeked thru the hole their he was standing outside her door . "Leave me alone !" erza said . "Im sorry erza , Come on erza I can explain !" gray said . "I don't care !" erza said . Gray had enough of her attitude . "Why are you always being such a bitch ! If fact your the one who's suppose to be saying sorry for slapping me all I did was hug you what is so wrong with that? Are you a germ freak or what , you really are heartless , you need to quiet being so cold and I don't care anymore if you talk to me or not I'm done !" gray said he stormed off to his apartment . Erza slid down the door and leaned in it hugging her knees . Ever since what happen with jellal she never again let a man touch her or anything. Its been a long time since someone hugged her and she didnt know how to response .  she locked her heart away and became cold . Till this days she won't let no man in her life or touch her or ever love her . That was the day she promise she never speak of love if it doesn't exist . She went to her room and hid from the world , so no one would know her pain ..
