Gray was riding on the plane thinking about what he had purposed to Erza. "If I can't trigger something in her, I'll lose her forever.. What am I going to do?" Gray said as he signed. He soon fell asleep and arrived the next day. He went to his mom house. The maids opened the gate and then he walked to her house and ringed her doorbell. The maid opened the door "sir Gray" she said as she bowed down. " Is my mom home?" He said "yes she's upstairs in her room" the maid said "thanks" he said as he walked up stairs. He opened the door. "Gray?" She said "what are you doing here aren't you suppose to be on your tour" his mom said. "I think you know why I'm here" he said "I-I have no clue what you're talking about" his mom said as she looked away "Stop it, stop lying I know you're hiding something from me and I have to know there's something connected to me I don't know but I'm sure you do and I need to know!" Gray said. His mom took a deep breath "alright I'll tell you" she said Gray shut the door behind him and sat down in front of his mom. "The reason you're scared of elevators is because you almost died in one" his mom said. Gray eyes widen. "How? What happened?" Gray said "Your father.. Had abandon us when you were born and when you were in middle school you came saying how everyone was talking what were they going to get there father for Father's Day and you wanted to know who your father was and why he had left"

"Mom I have to know who my dad is why did he left I'm sure he had a reason to mom you have to find him for me" gray said "I told you Gray I don't know where he is just forget about him" Alicia said washing the dishes "I can't forget him mom he's my dad you have to tell me!!" Gray yelled "YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO THAT MAN EVER!" Alicia said. Gray stood there "you're the worst mom ever!" Gray said tears running down his face running to his room "Gray wait!" Alicia said.

"That day I felt awful for yelling at you that way and I knew some day you were going to ask this and want to know so I though he should tell you yourself so I got in touch with him that day and told him and he said it was okay you could see him so that day I took you to his offices your dad had became a rich man and owned a company so that day I send you up there waiting for you outside his room"

"Alicia read a magazine waiting outside, "I hate you!" Gray yelled as he ran out of the office and into the elevator "Gray!" Alicia said she turned and went inside grays father office "what did you tell him!" Alicia yelled hitting his chest "I told him the truth" Silver said. She was about to yelled at him when the fire alarms went off "FIRE! EVERYONE EVACUATE!" a person yelled "Gray!" Alicia said running out "SOMEONES STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR!" A women screamed "GRAY!" Alicia said running to it banging she tried opening it there was no use. "SILVER HELP ME!" Alicia screamed. "Everyone for themselves!" He said "BUT THATS YOUR SON IN THERE!" Alicia screamed "that's no son of mine" silver said and ran off "SILVER!" Alicia said but there was no time to argue to place was burning up everyone had already left except her "GRAY!" She screamed. That's when a fireman came picking her up "WHAT ARE YOU DOING PUT ME DOWN I HAVE TO SAVE HIM!" Alicia said "MA'M YOU HAVE TO GET OUT!" The fireman said "NOO MY SON HE IS STILL IN THE ELEVATOR!" Alicia yelled "I PROMISE ILL SAVE YOUR SON ILL BRING HIM BACK SAFE AND ALIVE NOW GO!" He said. Another fireman took her "GRAAAAYYY!!" Alicia screamed tears falling down her face.

"He keep some of his promise he did save you and you came back safe and alive but he said he would bring you and he never came out.. The firefighter who saved your life that day died for you" Alicia said gray eyes where widen "why? How come I don't remember, I can't remember none of it" gray said "the doctor said you must have suffered something that blocks your memory and in order to unblock it you had to see something that triggered it and you would be able to remember but I never wanted you to know or remember because I don't know what Silver said to you back then but I know it wasn't good and I didn't want you to remember that and have to go through that pain again or remember that accident so I hid it all these years" Alicia said. "Why would you Do that! Don't you think I would've like some closure or something, I spend years thinking I was an idiot for being afraid of elevators and I spend years wanting to know about my father as well and years feeling like there was something i didn't know and I never got to at least thank the family of the man who saved my life" Gray said "I'm sorry.. I use to be in touch with the mother but when you were 16 about to be 17 I lost in touch with her and I never seen her ever again" Alicia said. Gray sat there "I want to remember but I can't, I can't.." Gray said hitting the desk. "I know and I'm sorry but somethings are better off like this.." His mother said. "What happened to silver?" Grays said "after a week after that happened his company was destroyed and he went bankrupt and shot himself In his room" Alicia said "and the man who saved me what was the name of the man who saved me?" Gray said "his name was Ryan- the phone began to ring "I have to take this" his mom said and picked it up "Hello?" "Ahh yes I'll be there shortly" his mom said "gray I have to go well talk when im not busy I'll give you a call so I can go over there and talk to you" Alicia said grabbing her stuff. "I just want you to know.. I only did what I did to protect you I hope you dont hate me" his mom said "I know and I don't hate you I just.. I don't know what to think right now.." Gray said his mom look down she went to him and kissed his forehead "just please take care of yourself" she said and left and so did gray. He walked in the streets for a while "why can't I remember.." Gray said.
