S3P1 Chapter 18: V.S. Kenny Squad

The Levi Squad just finished discussing talking about Kenny Ackerman and they were now getting coose to the Reiss Chapel.

"Understand? He's Kenny the Ripper. If he's there, he'll be our biggest obstacle. In terms of how much of a threat he is, equate him to me as an enemy. No, with those weapons of his, he's deadlier than me." Levi said

"Then he's unbeatable, at least for us..." Sasha said

"If we could meet up with the troops-" Connie was cut off by Y/N

"We can't. It'll take them long before they get here. By the time they get here Eren could've been eaten already." Y/N said

"Though, if what the Captain said is true, it's like he has no weak points." Armin said

"For real, Armin?" Jean asked

"Yeah. I'm sure he's trained plenty, but having combat experience is something else." Armin said

"I wonder how is it that you lived with Kenny the Ripper, but almost know nothing about him, Levi?" Hange asked

"Sorry, but I only found out his full name not too long ago. Apparently, it's Kenny Ackerman." Levi said

'He's some relative of you both?" Levi asked Y/N and Mikasa

"I heard from our parents when they were alive, that our dad's side, the Ackermans were persecuted in cities. Our mom's family was an Oriental so being in a different race meant they didn't fit in anywhere. Both were people chased deep in the mountains near the edges of the Walls. So, that's how they met and married. But we never found out why the Ackermans were persecuted. Our dad didn't seem like a different race like our mom was." Mikasa explained

"Has there ever been a moment where it's like a power suddenly awakened inside you both?" Levi asked

"Yeah. There was. That time, four months ago, when my first squad was annihilated by the Titans the Warhammer Titan led us to. There was like more than ten of them. The last memory I had was Captain Noelle getting swallowed by a Titan and..." Y/N suddenly covered his mouth, terrified

Y/N and his Squad Captain, Noelle were being chased by seven Titans from behind and the rest of their squad are dead.

"Captain Noelle! What do we do?! These ones are fast as fuck!" Y/N shouted, clearly scared

"I DON'T KNOW! I don't know if we should lead them to where the others is to help us slay them or choose to stay here to avoid casualties by bringing Titans to the formation!" Noelle shouted

"Which one do you think would be better, Y/N?" Noelle asked

"I... don't know either... But... I will support... whatever choice you choose!" Y/N shouted

"I see." Noelle smiled

"I'll stay here-!" A Titan suddenly jumped from underneath Noelle and bit half of her body

"Captain Noelle!" Y/N shouted

Y/N charged towards the Titan

"Don't Y/N!" Noelle shouted and Y/N stopped in mid air.

"Wha-?!" Y/N was confused

Y/N hangs on a tree branch with his maneuver gear and Noelle was looking at him, seriously.

"Y/N, go on. Back to where the others are. Leave me here." Noelle said

"What are you saying?! The both of us will get out of here... Together!" Y/N shouted

"Sorry, Y/N, but there's no other way. Please be happy for us... even after our deaths..." Noelle said while smiling at Y/N

Y/N saw Noelle's mouth move, saying something, but he couldn't hear it.

The Titan swallowed Noelle, shocking Y/N.

"Captain!" Y/N shouted, with tears falling out of his eyes.

"Damn it... I'm pathetic... I joined the Survey Corps to help people, but I ended up killing people..." Y/N said

"Why did it happen to be Captain Noelle to die? She could've saved more people than I can..." Y/N said

"Maybe I should just die here..." Y/N said, detaching his maneuvering gear hooks from the branches.

Y/N started falling and he closed his eyes.

"Live a long life, Y/N. That's an order. My final order. See you." Y/N remembered the final words Noelle said before getting swallowed

"I will, but I'm gonna avenge you. Captain." Y/N said

Y/N felt a surge of strength flow through his body and he started slaying every single Titan in the area.

Y/N just finished slaying every single Titan in the area and he woke up.

"Why... was I unconscious in an expedition...?" Y/N remembers it all and he started crying

"AHHHH! C-Captain Noelle!" Y/N shouted while crying

"Because of that White Titan... Captain Noelle and my Squad died..." Y/N said punching he ground while crying

"Hey! Are you alright?!" Someone from behind asked Y/N

Y/N looked behind him and saw Lilith.

Mikasa pats his back and Y/N removed the hand on his mouth.

"I remember now... it was me... who killed every single Titan in that area... I went on a rage... after I saw Captain Noelle getting swallowed..." Y/N said, while sweating

"Kenny Ackerman also had a moment like that too. One time, out of nowhere, he felt an absurd amount of strength surging within him and he exactly knew what he had to do. I've felt moments like that too." Levi said

"Then... is Captain Levi... an Ackerman?" Y/N asked in his thoughts

They arrived infront of the chapel and they entered.

"We found it." Armin said, while moving the carpet.

"A hidden door." Armin said

"Eren's gotta be here with the enemy. Hopefully, the layout in there is just as I predicted." Hange said

"These presents better pay off, considering we went out of the way to prepare them." Levi said

They finished preparing and they were now ready.

"All right, we're good to go." Armin said

"Are we? Is everyone ready to get their hands dirty too?" Levi asked

Everyone looked away from Levi and stayed silent.

"Guess so." Levi said
