S4P2 Chapter 42.5: Brothers

I'm gonna make you all choose between Historia and Lilith. There's gonna be two endings. One is the Historia route and the other is the Lilith route.

Y/N was seen watching the view from the front of the ship. Suddenly, Y/N was brought somewhere and he saw (Lilith/Historia) carrying a child.

(Lilith/Historia) and the child looks at Y/N and smiles at him.

"So this is the life you want." Eren suddenly appeared behind Y/N

"Yeah..." Y/N said

"What about you? Have changed your mind? Will you go full Rumbling now and don't ask us to kill you?" Y/N asked

"No. The goal is the same as before." Eren said

"Damn it..." Y/N said

"It'll be fine. I might not be able to experience the life you and the others are going to, but as long as the Island and you guys are safe, I'll do anything with the Founding Titan's powers for your safety." Eren said

"You bastard..." Y/N said in a low voice

"Huh?" Eren looked at him

"You bastard!" Y/N grabbed Eren's collar and threw him on the ground

The ground suddenly turns into sand and they were in the Paths.

"Don't you want to care about yourself?! Now I know why they call you the suicidal bastard of the 104th Training Corps!" Y/N shouted

"I do care about myself! It's just... the decision I have to make is too difficult." Eren said

"I do want to live happily with Mikasa, I want to be with our family, I want to explore the outside world with Armin and most of all, I want to stay with you all! I told you about this already!" Eren shouted

"I'm telling you to change your mind!" Y/N shouted back

"No... I can't..." Eren said

"Eren, there must be another way." Y/N said

The scene in the Paths then changes into a sunset and both Y/N and Eren were staring at it.

"No, there's no other way... There's also no way I can be forgiven." Eren said

"I forgive you, but you making Mikasa sad and cutting her bonds with you is unforgivable. You made her sad, Eren." Y/N said

"That's right. There's probably no way she'll forgive me." Eren said

"No, she will. She doesn't want to kill you, but I'm still trying to make her kill you." Y/N said

"Thank you again, Y/N-san." Eren said

"Didn't I tell you?" Y/N put a hand on Eren's shoulder

"I'll be here to help you. Even if the world hates you, I'm ready to be your only ally." Y/N said

"You know, ain't it funny that you're telling me that you're my ally while I'm asking you to tell Mikasa to kill me." Eren smiled

"Yeah, it is." Y/N laughed

"We don't have much time to talk anymore. The next time we meet, you and the others will try to kill me. I already told the others about this and I erased their memories. They might remember about what we talked about during our time in the Paths when I die." Eren said while Titan marks started appearing on his face

"What about Mikasa?" Y/N asked

"I'm about to talk to her and Armin. Also, Captain Levi knows about this. I can't erase his memories since he's an Ackerman like you and Mikasa." Eren said

"Eren." Y/N gives Eren a brotherly hug same from before

"Thank you. Thank you for becoming a genocidal and suicidal maniac for our sake. I'll never make your death in vain and I'll make sure you death wish will come true." Y/N said

"Yes... Thank you too, brother." Eren started crying and hugging Y/N

"Yeah. See you." Y/N said

Y/N blinked and he was back on the ship.

"The next time we meet, we'll try to kill each other, huh?" Y/N said in a low voice
