S4P2 Chapter 44: Fight

The Scouts and Warriors sat on the flying boat with a depressed air around them.

"Save the mourning for later. We need to discuss our plan." Y/N said

"Levi. Pieck, so the Founding Titan's body was all bones and it was bent forward." Y/N said, making a sketch of the Founding Titan's body

"Yes. Though it's not as good as if I got a good look of it." Pieck said

"I see. Armin, we just need you to blow up Eren. It doesn't matter if we'll still be caught within the radius of your explosion, but we need Eren to be stopped." Y/N said

"I understand, but I'll only use it if we fail to have a dialogue with Eren. It's our last resort." Armin said

"I'm fine with us having a last resort, but Eren's controlling the founding Titan through Zeke, right? Can't we stop the Rumbling if we just killed Zeke?" Levi asked

"You're right." Y/N said

"I'm not certain, but that's what Hange predicted. We don't know Zeke's location either. Then we just have to find that furry bastard inside those bones." Levi said

"No, the easiest way to stop the Rumbling is by blowing up Eren. Directly on the nape." Y/N said

"No. We'll try killing Zeke first. I'll kill Zeke. Just lend me your strength." Levi said

"Got it." Y/N said

"Captain, of course. We had to kill hordes of our allies to get this flying boat in the air. We can't allow that to be a meaningless slaughter... Marco... Marco even callee me a traitor before I sliced his body in half..." Jean said while he looks at his hands while trembling

"This is all... in order to stop the Rumbling. I'll do anything it takes." Jean said

"I... I shot and killed Samuel and Daz. I sliced up those faces I knew until they were unrecognizable... All while they called me a traitor while they kept saying they were saving the world. Hey, Reiner... you, Bertholdt, Lilith, Annie... it must've been awful for you..." Connie said

"My sins... are beyond redemption. I doubt I'll ever forgive myself for what I did... Even if I manage to save what's left of humanity..." Reiner said

Reiner grabs Connie's shoulder

"So, let's at least save the rest of humanity." Reiner said

"Yeah, Reiner. You're right. Even if we can't be redeemed, we've still got things to do." Connie said

"That's right. We're all the same, Reiner. I never had any right to blame you for anything. I became a murderer to save others." Jean said

"Yeah. Eren told me the same thing the night of the raid on Liberio. I... I feel like I kind of understand waht Eren's thinking. Eren... might want us to stop him, no?" Reiner said

All of them stayed silent

"What do you mean?" Mikasa asked

"That's just how it feels to me." Reiner said

"I've always wondered the something. Eren is able to affect every actions of Titans and Eldians, but we're still able to use the Power of the Titans the way we always could." Armin said

"What do you mean, Armin?" Y/N asked

"Are you saying Eren is choosing to not interfere with us?" Pieck asked

"Yes. He's letting us act freely. Almost as if he's testing us to see what we'll do." Armin said

"Why? Even though we might be able to stop him." Mikasa said
