S3P2 Chapter 21 The Battle of Shiganshina District, I

It was dawn and the Scouts were still on their way to Shiganshina District on foot. Y/N was holding Petra's necklace ever since they left.

The horse of the guy behind Y/N suddenly panicks, causing the guy to trip and let the crystal they use to light up the area. The guy immediately calms down his horse.

"Hey, you've gotta light up some ground." Levi said

"S-Sorry." The guy apologized

"Captain, are we at the foot? It's already dawn." Y/N said

"Beats me. Are we?" Levi asked the Dirk, a Squad Captain beside him

"Once we're over this mountain, Shiganshina's right there." Dirk said

Y/N was walking until Marco who was a row behind him shouts

"Titan on the left! Everyone halt! Light up the area!" Marco shouted

The Scouts flashed their lights at the Titan, but it wasn't moving.

"It's all right. He's fast asleep. This lad must not be one of those who can move at night. That's too bad. Let him be." Hange said and they continued on their way

Y/N noticed his hand was shaking.

"Y/N, you dumbass. No need to be afraid or nervous... Captain Noelle and the others are watching. If they see you like this, they'll just make fun of you when you meet each other again..." Y/N said in his thoughts while holding his wrist

"I recognize this area. I think... we came here for firewood." Mikasa said

"I can see the foot! There's signs of trails!" A Scout shouted

"It's so close." Eren said

"I can hear the river." Mikasa said

"Finally, we're back. The first time since we fled from here. Back to our hometown." Armin said

The Scouts rode their horses towards Shiganshina District and it was already morning.

"Be on guard for Titans hiding in the shadows! Our operation begins now! All troops, switch to maneuvering gear!" Erwin shouted and the Scouts swings towards the top of the Wall while wearing their hoods cocering their faces so that the enemies wouldn't identify where Eren is. Their objectives were two seal both gates of Shiganshina and kill every Titan inside the district.

Y/N was running on top of the Wall along with Levi and they saw the Shiganshina Trio stop and stare at the town.

"Don't stop! Head for the outer gate!" Levi shouted

"Roger!" Eren said and the three followed after Levi and Y/N

Armin stopped and was passed by Jean, Connie, Marco, and Sasha.

"This is... the remains of a fire?" Armin asked

Armin raises his blade, looking at Erwin and Erwin noticed him.

"They're here... and close! Bertholdt and Reiner!" Armin said in his thoughts

Levi and the others used their maneuvering gear on the side of the Wall, heading towards the outer gate.

They arrived at the outer gate and they were watching out for Titans to come.

"This is strange. Not a single Titan in sight?" Hange asked

"Those three bastards probably has a plan and cleaned the district that was swarmed by Titans." Y/N said in his thoughts

"But we still have to keep going." Levi said
