S1 Chapter 9: Battle of Stohess District

Y/N was waiting in a tunnel with some. scouts. To be exact, they are waiting for Eren, Mikasa, and Armin to lure Annie inside the tunnel. Lilith wasn't part of the operation and she was with the other newbies and veterans in the Survey Corps on a Headquarter somewhere in Wall Rose.

"Damn it. What's taking them too long?" A scout asked Y/N

"The target must've figured something out." Y/N said

"Yeah. It really could have." Another scouts said

Meanwhile...

Annie hasn't entered the tunnel yet, and Eren was getting annoyed.

"Hey, Annie! There's still a chance that you've just got a sick sense of humor and you're just going along with whatever Armin says because you're an idiot! So get down here now!" Eren shouted

"If you come underground, that alone proves something! Come on and prove it!" Eren added

"I can't go down there. I've failed to become a soldier." Annie said

"Cut it out already!" Eren shouted

"Tell us, Annie! We can still talk-" Armin was cut off by Y/N appearing behind them and holding his and Eren's shoulders

"That's it. Enough already, you two. The plan failed." Y/N said

"H-Huh?" Eren and Armin looked behind them

"There's no other way now, but to fight." Y/N said

"Onii-san's right. I can't listen to another word of this. It's pointless." Mikasa said

"I've had enough bullshit already. I'll send you down to hell, directly into the boiler, Female Titan. To avenge my squad." Y/N said, taking out his blades

Annie suddenly started laughing, confusing the four.

"Give me that!" Y/N shouted taking the flare gun from Armin's hand and he fired it into the air

Suddenly, a group of people come out of their hiding spots and ran towards Annie. They tie a cloth on Annie's mouth, restricting her from biting any part of her body.

Eren tried to walk towards Annie, but Mikasa stopped him.

"Stop it, Eren. Just accept the fact that she's the one who killed our squad and other scouts." Y/N said

Suddenly, Annie moves something on her hand and it turns out there was a thorn hiding on her ring.

Y/N pulled the three of them at the same time.

"What the-?!" Armin shouted

"We're too late!" Y/N shouted

A thunderbolt struck Annie's position, killing the people around her and forming her Titan body.

"Damn it..." Y/N said

"Sh... Shit..." Armin said

Annie puts her hand inside the tunnel and tries to reach for them, but Y/N slices her finger and pushes the three away.

"Run!" Y/N shouted

Annie's hand followed after them, but Y/N sliced her fingers again and followed after Eren and the others.

"Damn it... That ring... So she saw me from the start after all! She even noticed the ambush we planned too. There must've been another way to do this." Armin said

"Reflect on it later and let us know what we should do from here on out!" Mikasa shouted

"We need to regroup with the other squads, right now!" Y/N said running from behind them
