S3P2 Chapter 22: Battle of Shiganshina District, II

"Erwin, he's gonna climb up." Levi said, looking at Reiner running towards the Wall

"All troops! Avoid clashing with the Armored Titan! Stay away from him!" Erwin shouted

"Roger!" The soldiers replied

"Hange-san, why didn't the Commander signal to attack? What's he thinking?" Eren asked

"He's watching the enemy's movements. Because Reiner and his friends prepared some sort of grand welcome for us." Hange said

"That quadrupled type down there is an intelligent Titan." Erwin said, surprising Levi, Armin and Y/N.

"No, there might be another." Erwin said

"Damn it. Show yourself, Lilith..." Y/N said in his thoughts while looking around

The Beast Titan suddenly raises it's hand and slams it on the ground. The group of small Titans then started running towards the soldiers on the ground with the horses.

"They're moving! Multiple two to three meters are approaching!" Hange shouted

"Commander! The Armored Titan is getting close and we still don't know where Bertholdt and Lilith is!" Armin shouted, seeing the Armored Titan get near to the top of the Wall.

"Yeah. I know." Erwin said

"Are you finally ready to say something? I could've eaten breakfast during the wait." Levi asked

"Dirk Swuad and Marlene Squad, protect the horses at the gate with Klaus Squad. Levi Squad and Hange Squad, take down the Armored Titan! Emoloy the Thunder Spears at your discretion! Achieve your objectives, whatever it takes! This moment, this battle, the survival of humanity depends on it! Once more, for humanity, DEDICATE YOUR HEARTS!" Erwin shouted

"Yes, sir!" The soldiers went to their objectives

Y/N and Hange were talking to each other, thinking of a plan since Y/N was left in command of the Levi Squad because Levi was ordered to watch the horses and take out the Beast Titan when they get the chance. Armin suddenly arrives.

"Commander Erwin wants to use Eren as a bait to protect the horses." Armin said

"He wants to use Eren as a bait?" Y/N and Hange asked at the same time

"Yes. Those were Commander Erwin's orders." Armin said

"He'd resort to using Eren as a bait to protect the horses?" Hange asked

"You're kidding... What if Reiner chooses to kill the horses anyways?" Mikasa asked

"No, he should chase Eren. If Reiner does go for the horses, Eren will keep going and wrap around behind the Beast Titan. With Levi, Eten and the rest of the Scouts, they could pincer the Beast Titan and fight him there. Is what Erwin said, right?" Hange asked

"Yes." Armin said

"Even if it didn't go as planned, by having Eren flee like that, it'll confuse the enemy by breaking through theit ranks. It all depends if Reiner and the others could see that far ahead." Hange said

"Knowing him, I bet he will." Eren said

"All right. We'll take on the Armored Titan in Shiganshina!" Hange said

"Hold on! There's one thing I'm also worried about. Bertholdt and Lilith are still hiding somewhere." Armin said

"Now that you've said it, last time, if I remember correctly, Eren was about to win against Reiner until Bertholdt intercepted with their fight?" Y/N said
