We walked down by the water. I smelt the salty sea air, and watched Hiroki have a blast.
I was about to dip my feet into the water, when a man wearing a life guard uniform came up to us.
"HEY! This beach water is freezing, you cant swim now! Go!" He said, making a shooing hand motion.
"Umm...what?" I said.
Hiroki's face got beet red, his family body became extremely pale, and his hair became frizzy, his teeth sharpened in his jaw, then he grew 2 wings.
I was shocked.
"Hiroki?!" I shouted.
The lifeguard got frightened, dropped his papers, and left.
Hiroki went back to normal.
"Huh?!" He said.
"You....ch-changed.." I said.
"I----uh---" He trailed off and ran away.
"No!" I said, running after him.
I couldnt go much faster...
I trampled on to all fours, my legs began turning to a wolf's, My chest and back turned hairy, I grew a long wolf tail, and wolf ears, my face turned to a wolf's. I became a full wolf.
He looked back, seeing my wolf transformation, and stopped in his tracks.
"So, you're different too..." He said.
I turned back to my regular form.
"Yea...I guess so..." I said.
We both realized, that we had too much in common to just...trail off...
We both walked back into town, he showed me just about every store. I bought a few things with the money I had, not much money..
Point is, I had alot of fun. Nao could be a clean beginning. Now that Hiroki and I know eachothers big secret, I feel more open with our friendship.
