Hiroki's POV:
I opened my eyes and was in a clear room by myself. I looked through the glass and saw Katsuko and Saruko in cells of their own.
"Now..if you guys are finished horsing around, Id like to begin with the examination.." A tall man wearing a black shirt with a white lab coat and brown pants with scruffy black hair said.
"Who are you?!" Katsuko demanded an answer, struggling to get free from the room.
"Not important...Now Saruko, about your powers.." The man said.(We will refer to him as "???" for now)
"What about them *gets more angrier in tone* you tried taking them." Saruko said.
"I did.. but thats not what happened, right?" ??? asked.
"Right..." Saruko said.
"Hmph..Infact, you got more powers, correct?" ??? said, walking around.
"Yes..." Saruko shrugged.
??? sighed and left the room.
We sat in silence for a while, processing the fact we are trapped, possibly for good.
"This is all my fault, guys.." Saruko insisted.
"No...it is not.." Katsuko admitted.
"No, Katsuko, it is." Saruko states.
"No its not!" Katsuko promises.
"Guys, we can reconcile later, right now we need an escape route." I demanded.
The two of them gulped.
Katsuko patted on the wall for a button or something.
After a few minutes, still no use.
Katsuko began sobbing a bit...why?
"Katsuko?" I asked.
"Im sorry. *sniff* Its just...theres so much confusion, I can barely keep up. Its overwhelming!" Katsuko admitted.
"It will be okay.." Saruko insisted.
"I just...want...to go....HOME!" as Katsuko said "HOME" she banged her fist on the glass and shattered it, setting off an alarm.
Her eyes widened, she ran over and smashed the other cells open, freeing Saruko and I.
"Lets go!" Katsuko directed Saruko and I to the exit, but just as we got there...
"Going out for a jog?" ??? joked.
I was in shock and in fear for our lives.
Katsuko's POV:
I didnt want to go in wolf form, simply because itd give away the fact that I am a power creature.
I used my wolf-like strength, speed, reflexes, agility, and other wolfish powers I have that wont give me away.
I pushed ??? aside and grabbed Hiroki and Sarukos hand and ran super fast up the stairs into the main part of the fallout shelter. The Governor stood in our way.
"MOVE." I demanded.
"No. I need to talk to you.." He said.
"What?" I asked.
He shut the door to the stairway and locked it so ??? wouldnt butt in.
"What do you mean, Hideki is decieving me?" The Governor asked.
"Well, hes a Kraken. He wants to end our race so he will have a better chance of taking over yours.." I explain.
"Whats your plan to stop him?" The Governor asked.
"Warn the public and end all the bad power creatures." I explained.
"We arent 100% sure where to begin, however." I continue.
"But do you think anyone would listen?" The Governor asked.
"I dont know, just please dont believe a word that one guy, who ever he is.." I warn.
"And do not listen to Hideki either, hes actually my brother.." Hiroki informs.
"W--Will do..." The Governor says.
He lets us leave.
