HIROKI'S POV
I ran all the way home with Katsuko. It was very hard to not tell her what happened because she kept asking.
"Just forget about it." I told her.
She walked closer to me and ran her finger down my chest, then said, "Okay. You know I have to go home soon," She moved closer, "It's getting late."
I didnt know what to say, and then a couple words slipped out, "You can spend the night, if you want."
She started to grin, and it made me smile back. I to go to bed, and we fell asleep after countless hours of talking. Right before we fall asleep, I feel like I cant sleep because of a weight on my chest. I must confess to her, I cant keep this from her.
"Hey Katsuko, I have something to tell you." I stutter, I'm really scared to tell her, but I know I wont be able to sleep if I dont.
"You can tell me." She was very nice about it. Her openness made it feel easier to tell her. I was having a hard time saying the words. I took a deep breathe and said, "Katsuko, I like you."
I immediately started blushing and regretting I had said anything. Then she says "I like you too, but I wasnt sure if you would like me back so I didnt want to say anything."
I start smiling even wider and hugged her, and she hugged back until we fell asleep.
