"So what exactly did you mean by 'Conflict." I asked, once again.
"Like I said, its not important.." He said.
"No! I want to know, I have time. Haha!" I laughed.
"Well, there are unknown creatures, theyve been... Attacking, and destroying our city. So far no one has had the guts to make a stand." He explained.
"Well, what about us? I mean you're a demon, im a werewolf. We can do this, Hiroki." I said.
"What?! Are you nuts?!" He said.
"Maybe I am. But I think we can do this..." I said.
"Heh...You and your imagination." He joked.
"Well...its only imaginary until it comes true." I said.
His face beamed.
"Are you sure?" He asked, cautiously.
"Positive. Lets make a plan, first." I said, ambitiously.
We walked back to my house...
"Hey! Katsuko, what are you doing home so late?" My mom asked when Hiroki and I walked in the house.
"Oh I met my friend, Hiroki, hes 'different', like me." I said.
"Oh! Well, nice to meet you, kid." My mom cheerfully said.
"Well is it ok if we work on a....project in here for a bit?" I asked.
"Um...yea yea.." My mom said, scurring out of the kitchen.
"Okay..so what exactly kind of creature are we dealing with?" I asked.
"Well, you may think its crazy or far-fetched....but we are dealing with giant squids, kraken if you will.." He carefully informed.
"Kraken?...Kraken......Kraken?!" I said.
"Ye--yea.." He said.
My heart raced. Kraken are rumored to kill fleets of ships in just a few swipes of a tentacle...We are gonna need more people to help...
