The next morning I get a text from my mom..
"Katsuko! Quick! Come home now!"
"Alright" I text back.
"Hey Hiroki, I gotta get home, mom wants me." I say, to Hiroki, who is half-asleep.
"Alright, should I drive ya?" He groans.
"If you can....*please*" I say in a cutesy voice.
"Ugh..haha..sure." He chuckles, still kind of tired.
Still in sleep clothes, he drives me over, I swear he almost passes out at the wheel a few times.
We get out the car once there and walk in.
MY DAD ANSWERS THE DOOR.
"Dad?!" I shriek.
"Hey, sweetheart!" He says, hugging me.
Hiroki's POV:
I look at Katsuko's dad, smile and wave, shyly. He glares at me, not just any glare, like a threatening, evil one. It is hard to explain.
"So where have you been, I sort of thought you were dead.." Katsuko admits.
"Haha! Well, I wasnt. I was lost at sea, yes, but dead? No, *far from it actually...*" He says that last part under his breath (the words in the astrics).
Katsuko POV:
I am so happy to see my dad, although Hiroki seems very uneasy. Honestly, when my mom said "Come home, quick!" I thought she was in danger. To my dismay, she wasnt. Which is a good thing, because I am tired of killing Krakens!
